Okay guys. This place is breathtaking, absolutely gorgeous, and a literal paradise getaway. It is worth the price because of the everything you get!! From the moment you step on property and off, everything seems like a dream or from a movie. You're placed at the most southern tip of St. Kitts looking off to Nevis with a beach, two infinity pools, a spa / gym, and kids clubhouse. There are three restaurants on property and a beach bar. Words can't even express how amazing our stay was. The rooms were beautiful and clean, and have everything you could ever need. The hospitality was a warm, welcoming one and they always helped us whenever we needed anything. Checkout was flawless and I hope I can be back very soon!

The Park Hyatt in St Kitts is truly a beautiful get away. If you need pure relaxation in a beautiful setting this is the spot. The rooms are well appointed - modern & comfortable. The upgraded suites come complete with private pools overlooking the Caribbean ! Local staff make the experience complete offering genuine hospitality- always eager to please. If a Caribbean destination is part of your plan then make the Park Hyatt your St Kitt

A day in paradise while visiting St. Kitts. The resort is perfectly situated on the acreage to capture gorgeous views, walks along the ocean, and infinity pools overflowing with splendor. The service was phenomenal. From making sure you have filled fruit infused water glass while soaking up the sun to having sunscreen and cooling gel stations positioned around the pool. Infinity pools are positioned all around the grounds. The adult pool has unique rock structure adding character to the unbelievable views. We selected two of the eating locations with our day pass. The outdoor casual fish eatery was raved about by my husband and son. For appetizer large prawns noted as delicious. Catch of the day was a Mahi and the boys said it was the best fish they had ever eaten. I choose to eat at The Greathouse. The beauty and splendor of this restaurant was breathtaking. Once again, service was outstanding. I started off with complimentary bread and a flavorful butter. I choose an appetizer gnocchi and mushroom. Ohhhh my heavens this was unbelievable. To die for. Yummness. My entree was the chicken jerk wrap with a little spice and a lot of flavor. The tortilla was even outstanding. The view, the ambience, the food, the service made this lunch experience unforgettable. Whether you are looking for a day pass on a cruise or a resort at St. Kitts that is a top notch best all around location that you cannot go wrong with selecting. Enjoy the day because it will be one that goes down in the books as a best day ever.

The condo was spacious and filled with amenities including full kitchen with dishwasher, plus laundry facilities right there in the room. We spent a lot of time on the balcony. The dining options were really good and the outdoor venue at the pool has the best conch fritters of any place we tried on the island. There are several pool areas spread around the property, and the beach / ocean was so satisfying, with plenty of cabanas, pergolas and loungers for the taking, There are things like putt putt, cornhole, giant chess and other things spread around the property for your gaming enjoyment. Also the Royal St Kitts Golf Club is adjacent to the property and let me tell you it is a stellar round of golf, very well manicured, absolutely epic views, with par 3 hole 15 and holes 16-17 playing right along the ocean. Treated my daughter's boyfriend to a round and am oh-so-glad we spent the day out there. Service all around was great. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Finally, we found the location to be great, within walking distance to several bars and restaurants plus grocery.

We stayed in 2 bedroom/2 bathroom fully appointed room with all the amenities on the 2nd floor of building 7. All the staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and easy to communicate with. A big shout out to Mericia and Marcus! There was plenty of parking, numerous places to eat, and pools for all. It is relatively close to Timothy Bay Beach, which has great snorkeling, lots of bar/restaurants to choose from. Of the restaurants, we were very partial to Monkey Bar and Restaurant because of the phenomenal seafood offerings (see a separate review on YELP or TripAdvisor for more details). I would have rated this higher, but when it came time to check out, we reached out ahead of time for a bellhop to assist with luggage (for the 4 of us). I even received a confirmation text stating someone was on their way, yet no one showed up...

We went when it was spring break - young college students everywhere. The main pool on the family side was where all the activities were. The Adult side was more of a relaxing atmosphere. The food wasn't consistent especially at the Palm Beach Grill. The resort also had a popular grill spot by the pool on the Family side that served hot dogs and burgers. The other onsite restaurants were average. The best dining experience was the breakfast buffet, very organized and the staff served you. The drinks were super sweet, you have to ask the bartender not to add too much juice or soda. If you wanted a nice cocktail have your dollars ready and you can ask him to use the better quality alcohol and not the house brand. For some reason the lobby bar at most resorts prepares the best drinks - this is where I receive the best service along with the best drinks. We had an issue with our room and had to switch by the second day. I really did not like their customer service because they tried to convince us to stay in a room that wasn't up to standard. The first room had a foul odor coming up from the drainage, the shower head was broken and there were broken dresser drawers. They gave us a really hard time and tried to make it look like they were doing us a favor. We had to reach out to the corporate office after checking out. This isn't a bad resort and we would stay here again. It's located at a central location thats close to a lot of restaurants and attractions.

Room was beautiful. Viewed were amazing. The beach is nice, waves are a bit strong. Close to Simpson bay for bar hoping (they say maho village is the entertainment center but...naw, it's not). Sonesta rooms are better than Simpson bay rooms... Simpson bay has more activities and walkability at night. Thankfully it's close by. We rented from dollar rentals in the maho lobby and received free parking on site. It was so nice to have a car instead of paying drivers every time we needed to leave. Whether you're looking to party, chill, relax, sunbathe or be pampered with a personal Butler (check out the butler suite!!) sonesta is the place to lay your head and keep your group entertained at all times. Especially those who prefer to stay at the resort 24/7. For those who like to get out and about, it's close to Simpson bay and not too far from Marigot or Phillipsburg. If I came back with family, I'd stay here. If it was just me and hubby, we'd do an Airbnb.

The second bedroom bathroom had visible stains in the bathtub from the moment we walked in--but that was just the beginning. When we actually turned on the faucet, it ran brown water. Not "slightly off," not "maybe it's the pipes"--brown. Naturally, we checked the primary bathroom, hoping it was isolated. Unfortunately, the water there was also questionable, which raises serious concerns about overall water quality. To make matters worse, the floors throughout the unit were visibly dirty upon arrival, making it clear that basic cleaning standards were not met. The entire space felt neglected and not properly maintained. We documented everything with photos and videos because this situation was that concerning. This is not just about aesthetics--this is about health and safety. We will be vacating immediately and pursuing a full refund. I strongly recommend future guests think twice before booking, especially if you're assigned Room 55. Also, the front desk manager, Roslyn was not kind with our request to vacate the property and continues to say that we have to be charged to penalty of an extra night for leaving early. Very disappointing.
