Love the concept! We flew out of DFW and their location is less than a 5 minute drive to the airport. We made the reservation with ParkForU the night before. Extremely affordable compared to airport parking and you get extremely convenient valet curbside drop off and pickup in your own car. I can't say enough about the customer service we received from Fabian, our driver. He was very professional and polite. He promptly drove us to the airport and picked us up when our flight arrived, even after we had to change flights home. Also, our flight out was very early, so we arrived at 4am, so if you're wondering if this service will work for you on early flights, it will. We also received emails informing us of who our driver was, when they parked our car after we were dropped off and an email on how to contact them when our flight landed on our return trip back. I read the review of the lady that gave them 1 star and all I have to say to that reviewer is the purpose of this service is for them to drop you off and pick you up in your own vehicle and no one cares that you drive a BMW. People do yourself a favor and avoid this business at all cost. Most reviews you see that are five starts are likely paid and fake. My story. Wife decided to book a Groupon from Park For U in hopes to save a little cash. We book the date for the 18th of July, 2018, and get charged an additional $19 making my total $89 on a five-day stay. My wife calls two days before my flight to ensure we are scheduled, an Indian lady with hard English answers and tells us all is good. We are booked, set, paid and ready to go. I arrive at the address given, and I start to question my safety because the place looks dangerous. The office is closed, no sign, nothing, so I called the number outside the door. A Mexican lady answers my call and informs me that DFW location had closed for business. I wanted to argue but I had 2 hours to get to the Airport. My wife calls and starts a complaint that why did they not told us that they had closed and why are they still booking orders? The lady on the other end tells my wife to call Groupon and done. WTF!! Zero fucks were given about my problem. Thank go Park N FLy is few a miles away from this shit hole place. I tell you, wanna get a surprise of your life drive to their office. Purchased on Groupon. Arrived at the gravel lot. A sign was on the small building. "Be back in 15 minutes. ". Called the number on the website and spoke to a woman with a very thick Indian accent. Drove around back. The gravel in the lot was so loose that my car almost go stuck. Indian woman comes back on phone and says I have to have a reservation. Drove up front. A man got out of a crappy car and said we needed a reservation. Groupon says nothing about needing a reservation. He then wanted the keys to my new BMW and he said he was going to take us to the airport in our car. So, they would get use of our car for the week. Hell no. So if you're wondering, if some random guy asked us for our keys, no. He had the key to the tiny little shed that was on this property and had us fill out forms. Once we found out that he wanted to take us to the airport in our car, we bailed. read more

I received numerous emails to give me information about who my driver was, how to contact them once I had returned and that my car had been securely parked. Their driver maneuvered into the airport and dropped my family of 4 at the curb in our own vehicle. Stress-less for us! We didn't have to pile into a shuttle bus. First time using this outfit and very impressed. Drop off was easy, though the building they use (an old home near DFW) looked a bit run-down. Since the car doesn't live in the house, why should I care about their office? Driver was friendly, courteous and removed all our bags from the car. Our return flights were cancelled twice then delayed by hours; they sent reminder emails how to get picked up prior to each flight. The only shortcoming in pickup was that I responded to emails with updated arrival info, which didn't make it to the DFW office (their phone center is in Canada). Nonetheless, their DFW driver called me whenever they thought I should be done with baggage claim based on prior flight info, and I'd then update him with the correct info. I got a call from him this morning at 215am as we were getting our bags, and he was at the curb within 7 minutes. Again, very courteous. Would definitely use them again, was very reasonable using an available Groupon. read more

I used Park For U after purchasing a Groupon for their services. I left my car with them for a week during a trip to Ireland. Tony was our driver and was absolutely awesome! He was courteous, professional and we enjoyed his conversation. Our flight was delayed coming home and I forgot to let him know and he was already checking on me when I turned my phone back on. I had an excellent experience using ParkforU at DFW. Unfamiliar with the airport and on a tight schedule I chose to use the service from an economical and convenience perspective. The rates were comparable to self parking and less than other valet services at DFW. Tony provided excellent customer service, very professional, efficient and punctual! Do not use this facility. Someone there stole my credit card info and attempted to make over $6000 in online purchases. In addition they added another $58 to their bill above what I was quoted. I came home from the trip of a lifetime to deal with fraud investigations, police reports, dealing with all sorts of unpleasant aftermath. Awful service always late to return your car. Be prepared to spend an extra 45 minutes at the airport.

I booked with Park for U without understanding what it was - there is no shuttle, they drive you to the airport in your car then keep your car and pick you up in it later. So that should be more clear in advertising. But I was very happy with the service. Super cheap and super fast and everything went smoothly. read more
