Ray and his assistant Kyle arrived ahead of schedule. I received calls from both the office and Ray relating to me that they were on their way and should arrive in 20 minutes. We have recently built a screened in porch on the back of our house and we needed wiring for outlets, a fan and a tv. We also needed spotlights put up on our house. Ray was quick to give us a firm cost on the job that was reasonable given the extensive work that needed to be done. After my acceptance, they quickly got to work. They were fastidious in their work and even threw out the empty tv box and fan box for us. Both Ray and Kyle were concerned that I was happy with the end product. While I've had four previous jobs completed by Bailey & Shipp--including a ceiling-fan installation in my master bedroom--with exceptional results each time, this price was far beyond reasonable expectations. To compare, I obtained a separate quote from another company for $880 for the same work. Unfortunately, the drastic discrepancy means Bailey & Shipp has lost my business. I value quality, but a nearly 5x markup simply isn't justifiable.
