On the first I received a rent payment reminder. I had paid for what was supposed to be January. They applied it to December rent. I took several emails and phone calls for them to correct the issue. You have to be very persistent with staff here. Then I made two maintenance requests one was for a stopper in the tub/shower that the top had broken off and wouldn't stay up to let the water drain out. I asked that it be replaced. The other request was when I looked down at the back of the bathroom door there is a large hole in the door. I asked that the door be replaced. That hole was there when I moved in. They do respond timely, however, I noticed that the kept the same drain stopper and rigged the top to stay on. And, they did nothing for the door with the hole in it. The property sent me an email saying my maintenance requests were complete. NO THEY AREN'T COMPLETE. I will say that the leasing agent Lisa was very nice and looked into learning my personal needs into finding a very nice unit. That was a very positive experience. Hopefully, they can replace the door with the hole in it. I will follow up with an update.

It feels cramped to live here. The style is old (built in the 70s) with ugly popcorn ceilings, boxed air conditioner. Dark brown cabinetry and minimal lighting make for a dark feeling as well. Again for the price it's actually a good place to live! The grounds are kept up very nicely, there is a nice pool as well :)
