It feels cramped to live here. The style is old (built in the 70s) with ugly popcorn ceilings, boxed air conditioner. Dark brown cabinetry and minimal lighting make for a dark feeling as well. Again for the price it's actually a good place to live! The grounds are kept up very nicely, there is a nice pool as well :)

Inside I have a stove that has two working burners. I have a bathroom sink that won't drain. Recently the bathroom has an ammonia smell that no matter how much I scrub I can't get rid of. And now the garbage disposal is broken and there is standing water in the sink. There's no one that comes to fix things. For $800 a month I deserve something. This place sucks.

I refuse to sign another lease with this place. The more I complain the more noise that person makes. I will be forced to break my lease. Im afraid to even try and sleep. No matter which room I go to he seems to always follow. I feel like this person has placed cameras in my apt and is watching me. This place gives me the creeps. If it wasnt so cold outside I would sleep in my car.
