I did not enjoy someone coming out last week from Park Avenue physical to do a third-party evaluation for insurance just to do a denial that's right people Park Avenue Act friendly upfront and personal but once it out for the insurance company it's bogus in your face, they may talk sweet to you say what you want to hear but the minute they walk out that door they backstab you they say oh yeah you'll pass will send the paperwork through you'll qualify for the equipment I got a call today I was told I was denied for watt Park Avenue physical wrote on the paperwork I was denied they said I need to go see a neurologist, there should be no need for me to see a neurologist at all my stuff is under control with the medicine I take the so-called Chris messed everything up on my paperwork now I'm stuck with a Electric Wheelchair I got stranded in the street almost got hit by a car yesterday, Monday my electric wheelchair fully charged left me stranded got off of my location it turned off again car off another location it left me stranded again call off another location it left me stranded Chris did not write down that the motor is making a noise my electric wheelchair is missing screws he did not write that in the report this third-party sent Park Avenue physical I was here to do the report to assess me and for what, Chris was just looking for a reason an excuse to deny my claim that I needed another electric wheelchair that's over five years old he gave it to my insurance now I'm stuck at home can't go to my appointment this Thursday on October 20 thank you Chris for messing things up thank you to my insurance again thank you Chris!! you go dude you rock for giving me everything I needed, you make sure that they denied me if I can give you zero stars I would Park Avenue physical is the worst third-party assessment ever if my insurance ever want to send anybody ever again to my place to assess me never ever again in my lifetime will I ever welcome anybody into my house never again, you can go where the Moon don't shine!! am I upset yes you are not the one that got stuck in the middle of the street and almost got hit by the cars who do I sue you Chris for making sure I got denied my insurance company because you're the one that made sure I got denied so who knows who you who do I go after you yes I'm upset you said if I had any problems to call you you said right here for my spouse everything's fine I'm gonna put the paperwork i'll make sure you get approved I get a call today Monday at 10:30 I got denied because of you because of what you wrote down that's why I don't trust any doctors or medical team here in the state of California you all are a piece of trash GO rot In Heck !!.. I can't go to my doctors appointment now thanks to you for your denial for what you wrote but you made sure not to write to my wheelchair was squeaking and making noise that the motor was messed up you made sure not to run in there that my arm control is missing screws.. call to help the people that you go assess and make them be denied to the medical equipment they need Chris God help those people!!! People need to stay away from Park Avenue therapy seriously if he's going to your house lock your doors seriously because he's gonna make sure you get denied the same way I got denied!!! And one more thing and final thing now that I've been trying to call him all day long Chris avoids my phone calls and yes me and my spouse have left a messages he is avoiding my phone calls I left him a final message this afternoon do not return my call Chris just any other people you go assess and they send you out as a third-party people beware he's going to deny you like I got my denial he'll be friendly upfront but people God help you!! Park Avenue Physical Therapy is outstanding in every way. This is my second time with this fantastic team. I discovered them in 2018 when I had rotator cuff surgery and returned in January 2023 following a full knee replacement. An unfortunate side-effect from the knee surgery was dropfoot syndrome. Fortunately, the drop foot healed within 4-5 months and I give Park Avenue PT full credit for my speedy recovery. They treated the nerve with electrical stimulation and designed an effective program for my knee recovery as well. Some physical therapy providers are patient mills where they get you in and push you out. I appreciate the tailor-made rehab program I received, as well as the care at every level. I have been treated three times by Chris and his staff at Park Avenue Physical Therapy. I was treated for a right rotator cuff tear with 3/4 muscles torn in 2018. I was able to fully recover and strengthen the shoulder to the point I won powerlifting competitions, setting records in my age and weight categories. In 2023 I was treated there for a right total knee replacement post surgery therapy and was quickly able to walk without a walker or cane. I am currently being treated for lateral epicondylitis which was so bad I could barely lift a cup of coffee. In two sessions I have improved quite a bit. Chris and his staff of Cody, Haile, Andrea and Destiny are the real deal. I have been going to them for years for a number of problems, both prior to surgery as well as post-op, knee, hip, back, neck, shoulder, even for vertigo. Chris De Redo and his staff go above and beyond to work with you, listen to you and make you laugh and enjoy the hard work (even when you don't want to :)). Their communication with you, your doctors and your insurance is always very thorough and efficient. I have recommended family and friends to Park Ave P.T. and all have been extremely satisfied. Most clinics run it like a mill. No personalized care. At Park Avenue Physical Therapy, they listened to me about my issues. The physical therapists had a lot of knowledge about my injury and selected the best treatments for me. They even taught me how to prevent re -injury. My sister with Achondroplasia (Dwarfism, age 11) gets her Physical Therapy here. We have been to a lot of PT places & this is by far our favorite. All of the excercises & movements are tailored to fit her range of motion & need. This place is run so well by Chris & everyone is so fun & just gives off such a postive vibe. These therapists genuinely care about you & see you as a person instead of just another name on the chart.
