I did not enjoy someone coming out last week from Park Avenue physical to do a third-party…read moreevaluation for insurance just to do a denial that's right people Park Avenue Act friendly upfront and personal but once it out for the insurance company it's bogus in your face, they may talk sweet to you say what you want to hear but the minute they walk out that door they backstab you they say oh yeah you'll pass will send the paperwork through you'll qualify for the equipment I got a call today I was told I was denied for watt Park Avenue physical wrote on the paperwork I was denied they said I need to go see a neurologist, there should be no need for me to see a neurologist at all my stuff is under control with the medicine I take the so-called Chris messed everything up on my paperwork now I'm stuck with a Electric Wheelchair I got stranded in the street almost got hit by a car yesterday, Monday my electric wheelchair fully charged left me stranded got off of my location it turned off again car off another location it left me stranded again call off another location it left me stranded Chris did not write down that the motor is making a noise my electric wheelchair is missing screws he did not write that in the report this third-party sent Park Avenue physical I was here to do the report to assess me and for what, Chris was just looking for a reason an excuse to deny my claim that I needed another electric wheelchair that's over five years old he gave it to my insurance now I'm stuck at home can't go to my appointment this Thursday on October 20 thank you Chris for messing things up thank you to my insurance again thank you Chris!! you go dude you rock for giving me everything I needed, you make sure that they denied me if I can give you zero stars I would Park Avenue physical is the worst third-party assessment ever if my insurance ever want to send anybody ever again to my place to assess me never ever again in my lifetime will I ever welcome anybody into my house never again, you can go where the Moon don't shine!! am I upset yes you are not the one that got stuck in the middle of the street and almost got hit by the cars who do I sue you Chris for making sure I got denied my insurance company because you're the one that made sure I got denied so who knows who you who do I go after you yes I'm upset you said if I had any problems to call you you said right here for my spouse everything's fine I'm gonna put the paperwork i'll make sure you get approved I get a call today Monday at 10:30 I got denied because of you because of what you wrote down that's why I don't trust any doctors or medical team here in the state of California you all are a piece of trash GO rot In Heck !!.. Instead it felt rushed the entire time. I had an appointment with Joe, who although was nice just rushed through the initial assessment and then went straight to working on my neck. He then explained he would put me on heat and go over some stretch's and left the room. He never came back, no "it was nice meeting you", "an assistant will be in", "I'll see you next time" nothing, he just left and then an assistant came in with the heating pad and later to go over the stretches. The appointment wasn't bad but It felt rushed the entire time as if he just needed to get to the next appointment and move things along. I decided the place wasn't for me.
