When I came in today to sign the paper work, they notified me of this error and that the unit I had put my 20$ deposit on was sold out in that size. To remedy this and honor our verbal contract, I was given the next larger unit at half price which came out to be 40$ less than if I had paid for my sized unit.

I'm a fully paid-up customer. I drove 170 miles to access my unit on Monday, Labor Day, well within…read morethe 6 a.m.- 10 p.m. daily access hours posted on their own website. The keypad at the door wouldn't work. There are two keypads and no signage indicating which one to use -- I tried both. Nothing. I called the phone number posted on the door: disconnected. I looked up their other number and got an automated system, requested a team member as instructed, and no one ever picked up. The system never once said the office was closed for the holiday. I left messages and got nothing back that day. So: advertised access hours I couldn't use, a broken entry system, a dead phone number on the door, and a phone tree that doesn't tell you no one is there. I now have to make a special 340-mile round trip to get into a unit I'm paying for, with no guarantee the keypad will be working when I arrive. When they finally responded, they offered a $20 credit. That doesn't cover my gas, let alone a wasted day and a second trip. If you need reliable access to your own property -- especially if you don't live next door -- look elsewhere. I won't be using this facility again.
