I checked out the reviews, services offered and confirmed that they took my insurance. I called and was able to make a morning appointment for the next day. The staff was friendly. The office demanded approximately $4,500 out of pocket, beyond my copay, for orthodontic treatment. Because the amount did not appear consistent with my insurance coverage, I filed a formal complaint with my insurance company's Complaints and Appeals Department. After reviewing the matter, the insurance company provided written documentation stating that my responsibility should be approximately $1,040--not the $4,500 being demanded by this office. I personally delivered that paperwork to the office, yet they have failed to respond or move forward with treatment. Treatment is not being provided, and the office appears unwilling to address a documented concern. I have filed complaint against this office to Dental Board of California. A professional healthcare provider should communicate clearly, provide an itemized explanation of charges, work with the insurance company, and avoid leaving a patient without treatment while ignoring written documentation. All in similar situation please complaint against them so these offices shut down quickly and we get someone who are ethical. This experience has caused unnecessary stress, delays, and a complete loss of trust. The service an products they use has gone down tremendously. I recently had bridge work done few months ago. My temporary fell off twice. This tells me the products they are using are not top grade. I also had to come back three times for my permenant bridge due to it not fitting properly. I was told each time it was the lab fault. I just found out the bridge they put in on the opposite side two years ago had a leakage which caused me to need a root canal an replacement. I go every year, they do exam an xrays. I don't understand how this was overlooked. The office manager refused to honor there services . I'm filing a claim with my insurance. Also my son moved had to go to another dentist in the Bay Area the crown that Naglee did had to replaced . His crown was less than year old.

Not only are the extremely friendly, they are very efficient and always do a great job. As someone who works an 8-5 job, scheduling appointments is always hard; but Dr. Sanchez's office is always able to work with my schedule. Scheduling is super easy, and the exam is always thorough but fast. Dr. Sanchez is great at what she does. I recently had to have a couple of fillings completed and I was in and out in about 20 mins. No pain, the fillings look amazing, and I'm able to eat right away. After referring me out to an oral surgeon because Dr. Zhao would be on vacation the upcoming week for an extraction. I ended up riding it out with antibiotics and she saw me that first week back for impacted wisdom tooth extraction. I did this because I felt good energy from my emergency diagnosis. I hadnt been to a dentist in 8 years. Everyone in the office was warm, caring and considerate. I needed to raise my hand quite a few times for extra novacaine because I have a higher tolerance in which the dr gave without hesitation. They paused when needed for me or themselves as it was a tricky wisdom tooth with curved roots (yay haha). I barely had pain the next few days and lived comfortably on ibuprofen/Tylenol without issues. I plan to go back for my deep cleaning because of this experience, not as scared as I used to be. They're prices match and they're fully transparent ahead of the work completed. They aren't after a wallet.
