I had my pool closed by them and all my pipes froze that winter. Had to replace them. Then I ordered a piece I needed and waited 3 weeks to get it. First it was shipping which is understandable but then it was had to wait for a warehouse somewhere that has it or something, then no call back to say it ever arrived. Called multiple times and it was something each time. Then I call 3 weeks after the initial order and they say yes it's in...and no one calls me to tell me after all this until I call you??! So it's almost July and I haven't opened our pool all bc of this piece and waiting, while it sits there and no one calls to tell me. I could've drove or just figured out how to order it myself for that service.

After multiple calls for the repair of our pool cover we were told that we live too far and so our appointment had to be scheduled three weeks out. The day of the scheduled appointment which was right before the Fourth of July holiday a representative called to cancel and the appointment was rescheduled for two more weeks out. As of today no call from the company no repair nothing. I am unsure what their correspondence was like at the time of the install but their customer service with Repair has been horrendous.

He did not clean the pool and did not test the water. The chlorine levels were so high the pool was unsafe to use. This was brought to the owner's wife attention and she stated we would not be charged. I would suggest making sure you have cameras because this company in not TRUSTWORTHY They will still try to collect for services not rendered.
