Being the only place around I've had no choice after the 1st time to go back, but I wouldn't have personally. And after this time I will drive before I do again. I had my pool closed by them and all my pipes froze that winter. Had to replace them. Then I ordered a piece I needed and waited 3 weeks to get it. First it was shipping which is understandable but then it was had to wait for a warehouse somewhere that has it or something, then no call back to say it ever arrived. Called multiple times and it was something each time. Then I call 3 weeks after the initial order and they say yes it's in...and no one calls me to tell me after all this until I call you??! So it's almost July and I haven't opened our pool all bc of this piece and waiting, while it sits there and no one calls to tell me. I could've drove or just figured out how to order it myself for that service.

Well... we were not impressed with the obvious lack of product knowledge and decided to try Hot Springs. I was not impressed walking up or in to the store, it's fairly small and they only had maybe 6-7 ones on display. But then we were created by their sales representative Randall Long. Very quickly it was clear that he knew what he was talking about. He could answer all my questions and when I said I wanted a salt water spa he was super informed about that as well. (Other place said that was just a terrible solution) We have now our new spa installed, it is beautiful and it works wonders as well as deliver fun. I am so happy we decided to come to this place!

We moved to Big Sandy, TN back in July and were waiting for our house to be completed. We went to…read moreMerison`s and got the entire house furnishings. Miranda was just wonderful to work with, we picked out most of the entire house except for a few items. The key was to see if they would hold our furniture until the house was done. She said no problem which is just what we wanted to hear. When we were ready we made a call and asked them to just bring our bedroom set, the washer and dryer for now and they did within a few days. When we were ready for the balance of things they said that they would devote the entire morning to us so that they could get everything set up in each room. Brian and Adam were the two guys that actually brought the furniture and they were just so great to work with. They were polite and understanding. They got things accomplished in minimal time and even paid attention to our St Bernard/Boxer mix dog, he loved that. I can honestly say that when we are ready for more furniture in the future that we will defiantly go back to Merison`s, they are just great to work with. Thank you all so very much and God Bless you!
