This was my rental property in another town so I tried him. First of all he would only take a credit card and he had to have the numbers before he would start the job which I see why now. He charged me $350 for 50 minutes worth of work. He didn't fix the problem and I had to go to the property the next day and fix it. Keep in mind I'm not a plumber. My advice to you is don't trust this guy he pretty much stole $350 from me. In case you're wondering about material cost, after looking he might have had $2 in a couple of fitting.
