We ended up getting a little lost trying to find the store, but we called and they gave us much better directions than our GPS! Ruben greeted us when we arrived, and he was so kind and helpful. The store is larger than the downtown location and has a really cool industrial, rustic feel. What I appreciated most was that I never felt pressured or rushed. Ruben took his time, answered all of my questions, and made the entire experience enjoyable. Mady made my bottle of Vanille 44, and she was awesome! She even let me record her making my bottle so I could capture the experience for content, which I really appreciated. I absolutely LOVE my Vanille 44 and have since placed over-the-phone orders of Gaiac 10 (also made by Mady), and Another 13. Jill made my bottle of Another 13, and she was wonderful as well. Every interaction I've had with this store has been such a positive experience. Le Labo makes elite fragrances, but the service is just as exceptional. I truly had a great time bantering about fragrance with Ruben, and look forward to coming back after Sept 1 - most likely to get a Gaiac 10 bottle.
