I loved Paris! I took my little miniature dachshund here because I really needed his nails trimmed but he also was suffering from dry skin & flakiness from having fleas & ticks previously. I found her because I wanted a local groomer close by. I called her and left a voicemail asking if she needed certain proof of vaccinations, she got back to me as soon as possible. She was available within the next day and I took Kayo in at 9am :) I filled out some paperwork for him, met Paris, and dropped him off. She does this amazing technique where she meets the dog for the first time and takes time to bond with them. I've never seen this experience before, but it was very helpful because my little guy is shy and anxious. He was scared at first but she took the leash & tried to hold him. She was extremely patient with him and took time to pet him, which surprised me immensely because he's not that friendly to strangers. She took about an hour & a half and called me when he was ready. She was very flexible with payment options since I had my Mother-in-law pick him up while I was running errands. She accepted payment virtually by Zelle, which made it less stressful & painless since I wasn't there physically to pay. She's very trustworthy and sweet. I called and asked how Kayo did and she said he did great! He usually gets nervous when getting his nails trimmed but he liked her a lot. She has good energy and even my dog can feel it. Thank you so much for taking care of Kayo, Paris! read more

My dog Ollie has never looked this good. Paris could not be more loving and kind. She is the only dog groomer who has ever taken me back into her work space, and showed me examples of the trims she could do. read more

Paris did an amazing job with my Bernese Mountain Dog, Kali, and my husky mix, Nera! I recently moved to Oceanside from San Francisco, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. She was incredibly kind and welcoming, and she took the time to pet and genuinely connect with each dog--something I've never experienced with a groomer before. Most groomers take dogs straight to the back without building trust first, so this meant a lot to me. It's clear that Paris truly cares about every pet that walks through her doors. My girls came home smelling so fresh, looking spotless, and completely relaxed, which tells me they were treated gently and with care. We'll definitely be back! read more

I was referred to Paris Pampered Pets by one of my neighbors. My pup will be 2 in December, so he has had quite a few grooming's under his belt and some bad experiences. Paris- has a small shop that is a strip center by a laundry matt, church, Mexican market, Mexican restaurant, Jims Vista Lounge and a liquor store. We've been to Paris twice now. She listed to what I wanted for my boy and what I didn't want for him. I was pleasantly surprised that She listened, and Marley's groom was just as I had requested both times. (HE had NOT cuts, YAY) read more

Paris runs a fantastic pet spa in vista! I told her before I booked, that I had a big Bernese mountain dog who is just a friendly giant and sometimes might need extra help getting into a crate. When I brought my big boy in, she came out to meet him and have him get familiar with her. I've never seen any other groomer do that! They normally just drag them back terrified and throw them in a crate (causing stress and anxiety for our pets). Not only did she do that but then she had her son David do that as well. They did a fantastic job of deshedding him and making him nice and handsome! I highly recommend anyone who's looking for quality work who genuinely wants to make a grooming experience a great one for the pets, take them to Paris! Will definitely be back! read more

We love Paris! Especially Jackie our 60lb lab/golden, who sheds enough for three dogs (we seriously can't figure out how our pup isn't bald). Every few weeks we visit Paris and Jackie comes back clean and fresh and very well pampered. Very good prices and great availability keep us coming back time after time. read more

We love taking our two pups to Paris. She takes great care of them and they always come out looking great! We can usually get an appointment fairly quickly and I love the fact that she doesn't keep them all day like other places. Prices are pretty comparable to other local spots. read more

I just moved here a few months ago and was looking for a groomer to utilize. Brought my cat in for a nail trim, wash and dry. Paris is very friendly and definitely cares about the pets. However, the work performed did not met my expectations at all. My cats nails were cut appropriately, with him washed and dried as requested. However, he was not rinsed out well at all. 2 days later and my cat is still grooming himself as the shampoo was not rinsed out well at all. I will be giving him a bath today to get the rest of the shampoo used off of him. Then, when I was told the price, I almost passed out. $95 was the fee to cut my cat's nails, wash and dry. Unfortunately that is significantly higher than previous groomers, I have used in the past. I have paid $60 at the most and then I tip them $10. When I asked why the price was so high, I was told cats are a higher risk for them to cut but my cat was only washed. I did stay with my cat for the fist 30 minutes of the process and was told to leave as he was so good. I would not consider him much of a risk at all. I do take some responsibility for not asking the price ahead of time and no prices are posted in the shop either. I am subtracting 1 star for the pricing I paid which was outrageous. Subtracting 1 star for not posting prices or disclosing to a new customer that they only accept Cash, Checks or Cash Apps. Subtracting 1 start for not washing or rinsing my cat appropriately. 1 Star for being so frustrated with the whole process for the last 2 days as I felt like I did my cat a disservice bring them here. I will look for another groomer or spend the money on materials to groom at home in the future. read more

I was hesitant to take my 8 month old puppy to the groomers for the first time but he was absolutely in need of a heavy duty bath and nail trimming. I read the positive reviews of Paris' pampered pets and decided to go here and they were located very close to me. It was a smooth process making an appointment, dropping and picking up. My puppy came back a few shades lighter, happy, and with a cute Christmas bandana at a reasonable price. I will definitely be returning! read more

Miss Paris saved my cat from having to get shaved! I have a Ragdoll cat and he has really long hair and unfortunately I did not do a very good job of brushing him and he ended up with lots of really bad mats. If I would have taken him to Petco, he definitely would have gotten shaved. She was able to brush out all of his mats and therefore keep his self-confidence. He left looking like such a handsome boy and felt so soft! She was so good with him. He was like butter in her hands. She also let me know the type of brush I should buy to keep his fur looking beautiful. She was cheaper than Petco and much better than Petco. I highly recommend Miss Paris!! read more

I'm here again to say I'm amazed how wonderful of a job they do here. I took my three other cats and my dog. It was affordable and she left them all looking so good! My dog had matted hair and long nails. She bathed him and helped him with all the issues I needed. I still 100 percent recommend this place. This is the only place I'd bring my babies! My kitties were so clean and soft after their baths. Thank you so much for helping my kiddos get clean. read more

Paris was very warm and welcoming. She created a really comfortable and positive first grooming experience for our puppy, Holly. She treated her with a lot of care, and the grooming turned out to be spectacular! Holly looks fabulous. Her matted hair is smooth, she's soft and fluffy, and she smells great too. The pink bows were the icing on the cake. We will definitely be back to support Paris' business! Well worth it :) read more

This is the best place I have ever taken my dog to be groomed.I have a 10 year old havenese who is a bit different personality wise and the owner had no problem greeting my dog and feeling him out, and my dog seemed to love her which is always a good sign since he doesn't get a long with everybody. She showed me different lengths of hair that I would like my dog cut and helped me choose what length I liked best. I love the customer service and everyone was very friendly, I definitely will be always taking my dog there for all of his haircuts read more

Already in love with miss Paris and the way she treated my Charlie. I've never had a groomer take the time to introduce themselves to him. She took such detailed notes on how I wanted him cut. She could be charging more for such great care, but remains affordable. My dog is a nippy dog and has had his cuts stopped due to it, but she handles it like a pro. If you have a nippy dog or even if you don't do yourself a favor and check her out! read more

We are new to Vista so we were looking for a new groomer for our pug, Lulu & thug (terrier/pug mix), Chewy! Paris was wonderful to our fur-babies! Unlike other groomers, she insisted on showing us how Chewy would look by trimming a small area on his back before we left her shop. She went over every detail to make sure we would be happy! She is kind and loving and shows a true interest in your pet. We will definitely be going back again! read more

The lady is nice but they don't know how to grom a dog. My dog come back home with a very bad hair cut one side of his face longer than the other side, 3 naiks clip the other 2 long, his ears not clean. Very bad experience don't waste your money and your time. read more

I brought my dog, Marley, in because he desperately needed a "spa" day. I used to take him to Petsmart, but was never fully satisfied. Im so happy/amazed with how Marley looked! Paris listened to how I wanted Marley's hair to be cut and this was his BEST and perfect haircut ever! I'm picky, so I always check to see if there are any long hairs and there was none. It was all even and smooth! And when I went to pick him up he was in the kennel looking relaxed and hanging out with the dog next to him. I recommend and will continue to bring him here. read more

As a former vet-assistant and grooming assistant (baths only) I must say I'm extremely EXTREMELY impressed. Not only are the prices low, but my beloved little Pomeranian came out looking 10x better than she would have had I took her to Petsmart or Petco.
