When we went into the room, finally, I asked her if I'd still get my full hour. She said "what makes you ask that?" I told her bc she was late (it was now 11:25) and she said "if I'm late, then yes. If you're late, no, bc that's different." Why is my time less valuable than hers? She was weird to me from then, onward. She gave me a neck pillow. I asked if I could remove it, bc I have bad military neck. I could tell she didn't believe me with her "mmhmm". Then after about 15 mins of cleansing and a scrub, she left the room to give me "5 minutes to myself". I've never experienced that and found it weird. She returned and started dermaplaning. She didn't warn me of anything, tell me what she'd be using, or ask if I've ever had it done. When she got near my lip, I felt a sharp pinch like I'd been nicked. My body INVOLUNTARILY jumped. (It's called a reflex.) She raised her voice and snapped at me "MA'AM, DO NOT JUMP, I HAVE A BLADE!" I started to tell her it was a pain response and it felt like she nicked me and she cut me off, not letting me speak. I tried saying the same sentence 4 times. Idk how many times I repeated "PLEASE let me finish my sentence". I started to cry from being overwhelmed by her and sat up. She grabbed my shoulder hard, pulling me back down and said "Stop crying!" I told her I could cry if I wanted to bc I was now very stressed and to please not touch me, and that I needed a minute. She stood up and came over, grabbing my left arm and shoulder harder, and started pulling me back down. I again told her to stop touching me. She said "You know what?! This service is over!! You need to leave!" She made me change in front of her nude, and wouldn't leave the room. I walked out and found the owner, Heather. I explained what happened and her immediate response was "is Sharon ok?" I was like "yeah, but I'm not." (Guessing this happens a lot to customers.) When I told my story, Heather rolled her eyes and Sharon came out fast, interrupting with her story. I said I wanted a refund, bc at this point it had been 31 mins, that she started the service at exactly 11:27, and looking at the clock behind Heather at 12:08, meant I got less than 20 mins of an hour service, unrendered, horribly unprofessional, and unsafe. I asked for a refund and Sharon got in my face and said "oh, you WILL BE PAYING!". I said I would not be and would take legal action if they tried to make me. Heather put her hand in my face and told me to "be quiet!". After a lot of arguing, Heather finally refunded me. I then asked for my card to be taken off file, since we both agreed I would not be coming back. Heather said "No! What would I even do with it?" Girl, based on your abusive reaction, everything! I told her it wasn't legal for her to keep a card on file if I asked for removal. She said "Oh well!" So I started recording her via video. She looked nervous about being recorded, immediately called the police, and I videoed the rest of the exchange from this point, on. She told them I was threatening in her face, while the video shows me 5 ft away, asking her to remove my card from her system. She told them she wanted a restraining order, so I yelled into her phone "I just wanted my card off file, then I'd leave!" She obviously doesn't understand what restraining orders are for and that it's stupid to lie when you're being recorded with video evidence. She got off of the phone, took my card off file and I left. She followed me out, a mere foot behind me, now recording ME. She and Sharon said they'd "pray" for me and to take my "northern a**" back up north". This is exactly the type of Southern stuff everyone hates. Using Jesus/God as a weapon. You're not supposed to pray in vain like that. These are the opposite of Christ-like women. When I told her I was going to leave a review, she said "YOU BETTER NOT!!!" Well, here it is! I know she'll refute this, but the truth is the truth. Not lying is a commandment, ladies.

They'll say they can do what you want before even seeing a picture, then get snappy when you say it doesn't look right. If you need to tweak something, ask me first so we agree on something before the nails are halfway done and say "well they used this". Just more frustrating than relaxing to be spending that much money for the quality you pay for. And you can't be rushing with that nail drill because it gets hot, especially when they're being "heavy handed". Also, the lashes look good but it pulls your natural lashes out so bad with the glue/amount they use. And they don't remove them for you so definitely order the professional lash adhesive before you consider them. Hate they aren't like they were before.

I was told that I needed to get acrylic powder because I I wanted a skinny straight file so I did . I was rushed and then white painted on tip was very messy. 2 days later my nails started lifting.. I went back and the tech told me that it was my natural nails that were the cause lol.. she then told me it was the type of acrylic so I asked why are using it ?... I've worn arcylic powder for years and this never happened. I lovedddd how gentle they were removing my gel polish and they did a great job with the application! My only complaint is that when asking for a "chin wax" there seemed to be a misunderstanding and the nail tech got an attitude with me because she couldn't understand the word chin. I understand the language barrier and was politely trying to explain what chin wax was but I could tell she was irritated with me and rushed me through the wax.
