Made an appointment because they said they were fully booked. Went early and the place was empty. So I got this young guy who didn't speak any English. Pretty soon a lady who did speak English came out and was clearly upset asking why she didn't have me as the client as she was "next" - the young guy thought it was funny. I however was mortified that just because I came in 30 minutes early and she was on a break I didn't get her. I asked "was she supposed to do my nails?" They didn't answer and continued talking in their own language. My nails were done and looked nice but within HOURS my manicure nails were lifting. My impression was NOT good. The vibe here was so OFF. Granted they have massage chairs but I could NOT relax the entire time. I was clearly a number and it was too expensive. It was $80 because I asked for massage which I would usually get just about anywhere. I should have left. The only reason I would go back is to request this girl, although I doubt she is still there. I could feel her pain. The energy in this place is LOW. read more
