Our only life change was our son getting a license a few years ago and eventually his own car when he went to college. My Allstate agent wasn't able to do anything for us other than commiserate and sympathize that the rates went up. When we spoke with Emma at Steinmiller Insurance, she was able to guide us through the entire process. Not only did she help us pick out a new auto policy that saved us thousands of dollars per year, she was also able to help us get BETTER COVERAGE for our homeowners, umbrella, and flood policies for less money. She was fantastic to deal with -- very patient, answered all of our questions, and helped us get just the right products. I've already recommended her and your agency to other colleagues and friends. I look forward to having your company review other needs that my company may have when the policies are ready for review.

Top notch service and support!!! Would highly recommend to anyone who needs a reliable and reputable agency!

Fortunately, we decided to go to Quinton Insurance for our homeowner's insurance; it was a great decision! We rarely leave reviews, but I wanted to thank Quinton Insurance for all their hard work and expertise!

Over the past six months, they have: Completely neglected to tell us about the photo inspection until after it passed (and after we had it taken care of). A week later we got a letter, after the policy would have lapsed. Sent us the policy for the wrong vehicle. We were going to buy two, and changed our minds. A month after the purchase of the only vehicle, we got the policy for the one we didn't buy... When we called them up, they seemed clueless as to why it appeared. Forgot to charge us for a section on our bill, then surprise pro-rate us for it later! Because who doesn't love when their insurance payment is 1.5x times the normal amount without any discussion? They are not very good at the whole "calling you back" thing, which just seems unprofessional. Maybe they forget, but my old agent always remembered to do that, so I know it's possible. State Farm is a good insurance company. Too bad this place is just hurting its reputation.

I read the review from 2013 stating to not use this State Farm branch. While reading this review, I…read morecould see the customer was upset and understand why. But, there is a lot that goes on behind the scenes that is out of an Agent's control that this customer may not be aware of. But just to be clear and transparent, I do not know or work for this Agent. I have called this Agent's office twice to ask a few questions. I spoke with two ladies in this office and the Agent, Frank. They all were very helpful and kind. I was never asked to write a review as our conversation was strictly professional as I had a few questions for the Agent. When the Agent or staff write a policy, they can sell the policy based on the information you provided on your application. But, if there are things on your insurance history / record that you did not advise of on your application, these things are found when the policy application is sent to Underwriting to process and write. There are specific items that can determine your risk and if that insurer can write your policy. If something on your insurance record comes up once Underwriting receives your application that changes the policy from being able to be written, Underwriting usually sends a letter, and corporate refunds your payment. This does not come from the Agent's office. The Agent and staff are usually not aware of it right away either. They have no control or say over this as well. With this being said, it can take a few weeks to get everything processed and the correct documentation sent to you with your refund as it is all through corporate. I can see where this customer was upset, as she didn't know the process and thought the Agent was maybe behind this. I hope this helps someone reading this. I took the time to write this as I had nothing but great customer service and a pleasant experience with this Agent and his staff. They were highly professional and prompt when helping me. Cheers!

The office is incredibly "homey" and comfortable from the moment you walk in the door, from the decor to the "vibe". Ed has clearly created an environment that attracts great employees. Everyone was very warm, open, and eager to make me feel at home. Sean was fantastic at walking me through my new policies and making sure I understood what each line item actually meant, and why I should have the coverage I have. Or didn't need any more coverage than the basic level in some cases. There was no up-selling. He genuinely loves helping people, and that was clear during the entire 1+hour meeting. Ed stopped by to say hi in person. Another really open, easy-going, genuine guy who clearly enjoys what he does and from what he shared about the path that led him to where he is now, is a fantastic leader that has been recognized as such by State Farm. I like working with real, down-to-earth folks. Future interactions with an insurance agency may not always be driven by positive incidents. I have no doubt that any one of the team will go out of their way to take care of me from a place of genuine caring. If you're shopping around for a new provider and/or agency, check out Sean, Ed and Team Tasker. :)
