My wife and I were insured with a major insurance company for more years then I care to even…read moremention. At the continued insistence of a good friend, I decided to visit the Sheedy Insurance Services on Empire Boulevard in Webster. What an eye-opener I received after speaking with Lisa Sheedy. I then realized I had been dealing with an Insurance Agent for the past 30 years and for the first time I was now speaking with an Insurance Advisor. Lisa reviewed our insurance needs for our two homes and four cars. She made changes to our policies which saved us 30% on our previous policy premiums. But that wasn't the best part. Lisa dramatically increased our homes coverages, added sewer backup, water line issues, and a million-dollar blanket policy. Lisa explained how the major Insurance Companies only have one option to choose from and they don't have the ability to shop multiple insurers to find the best fit for someone looking for insurance. Not to mention, these companies pass along costs for all the catastrophic events which occur in the USA, fires, floods, earthquakes, tornadoes, hurricanes, etc. Not only did she save us money but she provided us with better coverage with a New York State based company. I cannot say enough about Lisa's locally based independent insurance services business, as well as her professionalism. I would highly recommend anyone reading this to take some time to have a real "INSURANCE ADVISOR", Lisa Sheedy, look over your current coverages. Please give her a call 585-347-4015. You will be so glad you did.

As our kids grew to become "young drivers", Matt offered advice on how to best cover AND advised our kids on what to do (and NOT do) as teens. In addition, we own rental property. Matt took time early in our working relationship to review a previous policy and point out where our gaps were. The difference in premiums was so small compared to the coverage and piece-of-mind! Highly recommended. Thanks, Matt!
