Then came back upstairs all ready to indulge in some honey goodness but the salesperson steered me towards their orchid imperial line of products instead stating the orchid line had much more moisture intensity - which is what I was seeking. Went on smooth & was heavy in a good way. Totally absorbed & didn't have a greasy feel afterwards. Woke up the next morning to skin still super smooth. We'll have to see how this new regimen works but out but so far so good! Maybe I'll try out their honey line at a later date - I really did enjoy the descriptions & I love the fact that Guerlain supports biodiversity and more importantly the bees!

The sales clerks' high-pressure tactics somewhat lessened the relaxed feeling, but overall, I really liked it, and I did purchase a few delightful perfumes. It was pretty cool to walk around and see the displays with vintage perfume bottles and vessels. At the end of the tour (which was free) you get dumped into a gift shop (go figure). The cool thing about the gift shop is the build your own perfume section. This was a nice inexpensive way to spend part of the afternoon in Paris.

Service was good - make sure to check your bill as they mistakenly overcharged us as the waiters were switching shifts. The bathroom is downstairs and requires a code.

The store is delicately decorated like a Museum. It's so artistic and beautifully crafted. The lady who came greet me is very friendly and help me to get what I am looking for (after trying most of the new fragrances) :p Tip: The fragrance will absorb to your skin and turn out differently with each individual person. Although this is a luxury brand but it is a great deal to get it in France (get the tax refund) than getting it in the States.

Finally, after spending 45min-1hr in the shop, I made my decision and went with Pegasus. In addition I was given some samples of the other frangrances I was interested in so that I could try them out. PDM offers a great selection of unique scents and coupled with this sort of expectional customer service, they are my top choice for any visitors in Paris that are interested in purchasing perfumes. I will be going back here on my next trip to Paris for sure.
