Dr. Pat is a pleasure to visit. Educated, caring and always a gentleman. I don't feel I've met a more competent professional in his line of care. He has made my life enjoyable to live again, I can move and do things that normally in the past would break me. He has given me some of my youth back that I get to share with my children everyday! In these appointments he was very rude First appointment he walks in after seeing X-rays that I took in and his first belligerent comment was "I can't fix you and I don't give out narcotics. This was said to me before I had a chance to open my mouth. I was referred for Physical Therapy. Second appointment. He came in the room without looking at the physical therapist notes. I got emotional because this was so upsetting. I'm just looking for a game plan to get relief and get some of my life back. He referred me for a MRI. and before he walked out of the room turned around and told me "YOU NEED TO SEE YOUR MD ABOUT YOUR MENTAL HEALTH " I do see a doctor on a regular basis for years to help me and track my depression and anxiety. Third appointment. I didn't want to be in the room with him again. When I got the call to set up my follow up appointment I asked if he would even be looking at the results. I expressed to the staff how I had NEVER been gaslit by a doctor in my life!! My husband went with me. IT was as if a different doctor walked in that room that day. Explained I had spinal stenosis and actually sat down during this visit. Then referred me to pain management. I WILL BE FINDING A NEW DOCTOR. SOME ONE NEEDS TO SPEAK TO HIM ABOUT HIS BEHAVIOR TOWARD WOMEN. I recently met another female patient of Dr Lashley who said he told her "you just need to lose weight" I am appalled!!!! My entire family has been going to AOSM since they opened their doors. The staff is AMAZING. This review is for Doctor Lashley ONLY.

You didn't need to call me at all. The initial phone call was more than enough. I put it on my calendar. I showed up 40 minutes early. The paperwork took 15 - 20 minutes. I then sat and watched my appointment time of 1:40 come and go. I delivered on my commitment. Maybe I should've called them three times while I waited. The whole ordeal lasted just under 2 hours. My time with the doctor was about 10 minutes. Everyone was friendly, but for a consolation it was a frustratingly long time to wait. Next time I will simply show up late. Since they don't care, why should I? Yes, I understand they have to deal with emergencies, but plan accordingly or communicate to the patients that there are delays. They sure didn't have issues calling to make sure I'm on time. Why not call when you're running behind? Initially I put them down for two stars, but my surgery went better than I could ever imagine. I had very little pain and only had to take a few pain pills to help sleep the first few nights. After that, things went pretty smoothly. I work off of a daily schedule and know the consequences of falling behind. That's why I penalize others for not handling it correctly. My experience here wasn't too horrible, but I'm sure my blood pressure suffered from it.
