My mother is a cancer survivor, has altimezers ,pace maker and a few more health issues .. for sure not in good health but she does have great spirits! I am a only child and have been her POA for 10 years now, I carry her paperwork to all her new doctor locations as needed. Yesterday the woman at the front desk that sits on the left side was one of the worst human beings I have ever had to deal with when it comes to mother. First she tried to tell me my POA paperwork was NOT correct and they refused to scan it in. ( she was incorrect i dod verify it was correct ) moving on she made my mother get up and walk to the desk and of coarse mother asked her why she was treating us this way that of all her doctors, surgeries ect ,no one had ever refused the paperwork. Of coarse the the woman tried to still argue and I just asked mother to go sit down and we would worry about it later. She gave me paperwork to fill out and tried to get me to pay a $25.00 copay . I let her know mother does not have co pays and gave her all mothers insurance info. I went to sit down to fill the paperwork out and before I finished she called me back up to the front desk and advised they could not see mother that she had Medicare/Medicaid of Ga ! Mother also has BCBS of TN. Again at no other doctor office or hospital has ANYONE ever refused to see mother! Need to add in this person had no emotions no empathy no facial expressions, it was like she was dead inside. Zero customer service. This location is where she was referred to and they refused her! There is a reason why this appt was made so quickly due to the size of the nodule and to get a biopsy scheduled. I understand everyone has things going on in their lives that can make them act the way this woman did but at no time is this acceptable .. come on my mother may be walking around with cancer again and she dismissed her and did NOT give a damn! Do NOT take one of your loved ones to this location unless you want this type of customer service and your loved on to be refused treatment!

The sciatica pain I tolerated for over 15 years was totally taking over my entire life. I could stand nor walk without severe pain. I came to see Dr. Jolley. He took the time to explain to me what he could do to eradicate my condition and help alleviate the pain. I understood what had to be done, and agreed to the procedure. As soon as I was awake, I already noticed that the sciatic pain was gone, even though I was in pain from surgery. After 4 hours, I was sitting up. After 6 hours I was standing and walking. After 1 week, I was able to walk up to 1/4 mile, and after 2 weeks, I was up to a mile. NO Sciatic pain! About 3.5 months after surgery I was climbing a rock wall, and doing other activities that I wasn't able to do for many years. Dr. Jolley has a wonderful demeanor and bedside manner. I felt he really cared and his true desire was to help me. I was able to go hiking again, and go on two mission trips, no to mention...keep up with my grandchildren.

I had severe female issues and she saw the urgency in my situation. She recommended an appt to see Dr House. They got me in the next day. Dr House's Assistant, Julie, was super sweet, funny, attentive, and caring. After seeing Dr House, he said I needed surgery next week. Dr House is the genius type. Dr. Bonvallet demonstrated a notably higher level of diagnostic insight and clinical thoroughness. He was the only physician to identify an additional, clinically significant cervical pathology that warranted further diagnostic evaluation. The subsequent testing substantially altered the surgical strategy and ultimately the type of procedure required. I underwent cervical spine surgery with Dr. Bonvallet on December 11, 2025, with an excellent outcome. The procedure was fully successful, and my preoperative neck pain has completely resolved. It took up the whole of the third floor. And had various practitioners. My practitioner was actually a nurse practitioner who was truly amazing. well, let me not get to that. Let me start at the beginning. They had just started a new system for check-in that wasn't working. It was giving me problems and I was getting frustrated and the customer service was immaculate and they helped me it was very attentive. The nurse practitioner, and all of her staff treated me with such respect and kindness. I would completely recommend this place and go back many times over. they gave me a good treatment, plan and adequate medication to alleviate my symptoms . Plus the follow up call from my practitioner was such an awesome feeling. The office is dated in some areas, but who cares. I prioritize care over Albis and feng shui.
