Dr. Motto was very thorough with the exam i found no serious complaints. He took his time like a Dr should with his patient.

He had a rare condition on top of his asthma and allergy issues that made his symptoms worse. She had a wider range of doctor to refer us to which led us to the correct treatment pathway. She became more of an expert in my sons condition after she began treating him and helped guide us with his drs in Atlanta. I appreciate her desire to help us instead of send us on our way to another Dr. she really wanted to help us find a solution. When we did he had rare issues with his asthma. She is very open to alternatives to medicine which i appreciated as well. I would highly recommend her. She also prays with us at our request which was very uplifting

I was conflicted between going to Chatt Allergy and Galen, which was farther away. For whatever…read morereason, I ended up going w Galen, which was a mistake to begin with, considering the distance from home, and price of gas at the time. I did the expedited shots, meaning I drove there and back twice a week as often as I was able to. In my history of getting allergy shots at various ages, and in various regions, within a year I could feel relief. Well, this wasn't happening here, so I inquired, and met with the doctor again, again to no avail. I continued thinking any day now...NOPE. Two years? Three years? NOTHING. I finally gave up, My insurance plan had a higher deductible, and out of pocket max (I rarely have need to go to the doctor), so I ended up spending THOUSANDS of dollars for NOTHING. I attempted multiple times to speak with someone in billing, management at the office itself, attempting to escalate things, etc...To no avail. When I finally decided I had no choice but to start all over again at Chatt Allergy, we finally figured out why the shots at Galen were likely not helping- they didn't include cats and dogs! Mind you, they ask you questions about this in the intake forms. I have sadly been allergic to horses, cats, and dogs since childhood, and we were liiving w a GERMAN SHEPHERD! I'm not sure which genius there decided they didn't need to include the serum for dogs in my shots, but clearly this was a major, and costly oversight on their part! All of the previous shots throughout my life included them! Again, I tried to contact anyone there who would listen. I was finally given the name of a newer employee in charge of this sort of thing (compliance department) and whom I spoke with at least once, who told me she would "look into it" for me. She seemed nice, and I was hopeful. NOTHING! AGAIN! I put in a few follow up calls to her over the months, with no return call. I have never in my life dealt with such unprofessionalism. Erlanger on the other hand has handled some snafus on their part with complete professionalism, and kindness. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GALEN. I have been seeing Dr Patel at Chatt Allergy and in a few months I can say I am already feeling a difference, AS EXPECTED. GO THERE.

As of now, I've only visited this place once. I had an issue with an employee, but the doctor…read moresettled it and quickly made me feel at ease. I just got off the phone asking questions and getting clarifications and spoke with Allie, and she was ABSOLUTELY delightful! Thank you for being so sweet and kind.
