I agree with Sarah A.
My husband ( an established patient) and due to him being relatively healthy had not had an appointment in 3 years, apparently in the past 2 years the office moved . He started feeling very bad and so made an appt. The person who scheduled his appointment DID NOT tell him that they had moved, so he went to the old office by the hospital. He called to tell them and the lady who answers for " appointments" was super rude on the phone telling him if he did not show up within 15 minutes of his appt he would have to reschedule. I called to make sure they did not cancel, the lady who answered the phone was super rude when I told her he had not been informed of the new location. She curtly and loudly responded with " We have been in this location for 2 years!" I told her well he hasn't been in for 3 years, she should have been able to see that when she scheduled the appointment and should have informed him." I told her that she was being very rude and asked for her name, which is Charlotte.
If this office wants to retain patients they should send their employees for training on " Customer Service". They should remember that ultimately the patients pay for their salaries. read more
