And that's after replacing a tail light last week to avoid getting pulled over for a third time in Moab. Here's what I know about O'Reilly. They're right off of State Street in the mid-south party of the valley (Midvale nearing Sandy) and they have a surprisingly large store. I don't ever get into the really gearheady kinds of auto parts - let's leave that to the experts - but O'Reilly has a nice selection of the easy-to-fix stuff that's laid out as self serve on the sales floor. You know the stuff: fluids, wipers, bulbs, accessories, and more for the quick fixes. They've also got several pros on hand who can look anything up on their snappy computers and fetch (or order) any part you'd like to get your hands on. They were more than willing to help me find what I needed and gave me the ever important reminded NOT to touch the headlight bulb as I was installing it. Good reminder. The store is nice, lots of parking, and full of people willing to help. A lot of the old union bulbs have now retired and the new guys are shining brightly.

We were told after making a call to a shop that its probably the alternator considering the battery change didnt fix the issue. They also told us that they werent available to take it until the next week which wasnt an option for us because we had to get back for work. I went on Yelp and Best Buds Mobile service popped up with 5 star reviews so I called. The gentleman that answered was genuine as explained that we thought it was the alternator. He gave me a quote that was within what I was willing to pay. I asked him if he had a number to a tow place so I can get it towed to them. He said "its ok we come to you". I was surprised but then "duh" it says "mobile" in their name. He also told me it would probably be about and hour and a half for them to repair. WHAT! It really did seem too good to be true. The shop we had previously called quoted us double what these guys quoted. They literally showed up within 30 min they arrived at that Maverick parking lot and probably less than the time frame he told me it would take them to fix it we were on our way back to Provo and now we are home and our car is running perfectly! These guys are a gem! I Googled the cost to replace the alternator and they were within the range. So Im going to say they are honest. I wish they were in in Vegas. But now we know if there are any car repair needs for us when in Utah or our family we will be reffering Best Buds Mobile Services. Thank you for the best auto repair service we have hands down ever had!
