All of their entrees seem to be between 400-500 calories, with anywhere from 30 - 45 grams of protein. I love that every entree is tagged with all that information, plus the expiration date, although I wish that some of the entrees included what exactly was in them. For that, you have to ask the guy working the counter. Four entrees usually cost around $48 with tax. I have tried many different things but so far my favorite has been the tacos and salmon. These are the perfect meal when you don't feel like cooking; each meal heats up in the microwave in about 2 minutes.
