Hey guys, The Big Gorger here, TBG is on a work trip to some cities and you know what that means,…read moreGORGING IN NEW LOCATIONS! Walked past this place and my stomach told me to go inside and order me a Philly cheesesteak and that is exactly what I did. Order the supreme cheesesteak (as shown in photo) with 3 sauces on the side (forgot the names of the sauces.) Got my food and opened that bad boy up, the smell of the cheesesteak was something that you smell in your dreams. I took one big gorglish bite and fell in love with this cheesesteak. Now if you know anything about the one and only TBG, you know how much I love sandwiches and man is this the best one EVER! The way the cheese was mettled, the sauce, the quality, the quantity and even the fluffy yummy bread. It was a 10/10 in my book. Absolutely and highly recommend this place if you are ever in Minneapolis. Best, TBG (The Big Gorger)

I ordered the Phat Tony cheesesteak, which included steak, white american cheese (would opt for pepperjack next time), grilled onion, habanero jam, jalapeño, two strips of bacon, and Tono garlic aioli, Also not listed on the online menu, but the cheesesteaks also come with a side of fries! The cheesesteak was very tender and flavorful, and the habanero jam and grilled onions added a nice touch of sweetness and heat. The cheese was nicely melted and gooey, and the bacon was crisped perfectly. Overall the sandwich was a 4.5/5 (wish it was bigger like cheesesteaks in Philly), but the fries were pretty plain. I do appreciate that Tono's has a little mini fridge stocked with their sauces such as garlic aioli and BBQ aioli, which were nice additions to mix up the flavor profile of the meal. Overall, sandwich was pretty good, but it can be a little expensive at base price.
