I thought I had canceled my subscription while we were living in Idaho for several months, but apparently I had only skipped a month. A new order was shipped to our home in California while we were away the food completely melted. my in-laws saw it by chance sitting there. I contacted customer service and explained the situation. I also explained that my dietary needs have temporarily changed while preparing for IVF, but that I planned to resume ordering after my first trimester. They refused to offer any refund or reasonable accommodation. What really bothered me was when I asked the representative, Ella, if they would rather lose a returning customer who would likely spend thousands of dollars with them over time instead of helping with this one order. She said yes. That response made my decision easy. I will not be returning as a customer. Policies are one thing. Being completely unwilling to work with a loyal customer in an unusual situation is another.

It is nice to come home and have dinner already prepared. This is a life saver, especially if you don't like to cook or have a busy schedule. Churro'MAZING rocked my tastebuds!!!…read more My boyfriend and I had to make a quick stop at the Layton Walmart when we spotted the churro truck out front. We were in a hurry, but decided to stop by on our way out if there wasn't a line. There ended up not being a line so we rushed over to the truck. We started looking over the menu when an employee popped his head out of the window. He and my boyfriend bonded over pineapples (kindred spirits) and then he went over the menu with us.
