Lauren Narozniak has made my family a lot of money in real estate! I've bought two homes now with Lauren and she's the best. I had excellent experiences with 2 agents that have since left Pardee. The last agent left the day our house hit the market, so we were handed to another Pardee agent we did not know. We were not thrilled with this, but had little option at that point. This experience with Pardee selling an investment property, resulted in us firing them. The feedback about the house by their own admission was excellent, but they could not sell our home. The home was not in their own backyard, and they were immediately out of their depth with knowing the area, in Del Rey and how to price the property, which became clear when we discussed what to list at. They agreed to bring the price down from their original recommended list price of $1.269M to $1.245M at our request. It was still way overpriced for the area. The buyers came and went falling in and out of escrow. I asked the agent if we could talk with Tami Pardee, as her name was on the listing. As the lead agent and owner of the company representing our sale (who we had still not had any contact with us after some months) we felt she could right the ship with a better strategy around pricing. Days went by and when I asked if we were going to speak to her, we got a non-direct deflective response . It left the impression that either Tami doesn't care, was too busy, or expects her agents to get the job done without any hand holding. This is fine when houses a re flying off the shelf, not when you have a struggling agent and unhappy clients. It wasn't our first rodeo. We have bought, renovated and sold 8 properties. It was the last straw for us, so we cancelled the contract and went with a local agent. Tami never called to ask why, which was also interesting, and leaves us to guess why. Pardee came across as a little arrogant and naive once outside their bubble. I was unimpressed with their lack of professionalism and effort to represent us. Pardew are mostly likely fine if you have a property in their preferred area, where the locations sells the houses. I would like to add the inside staff were excellent. We would definitely not recommend Pardee, no matter where you are looking to buy or sell. read more

Do not sell with Pardee! They have a big presence in Venice, so we decided to talk to them. They wanted to list our house for much less than what is was worth, saying they were hoping for a bidding war. Have talked to other people and they are really just interested in going "cheap and deep"(selling a lot of properties at low prices quickly). They also said the homeless were a big problem. Hello, the homeless are just a part of Venice culture, even people living in Outer Mongolia know that. They had charts and graphs, etc. and actually tried to convince us that sales were down. You do not have to be a real estate agent to know that properties in Venice, especially in our location, are on fire right now. They also quoted twice as much to stage our house as the realtor we ended up going with, who deals with high end real estate. Low and behold, the people who ended up purchasing the property, which sold in a few weeks at almost the exact price we were asking, were represented by Pardee. Their Malibu Barbie agent was totally unprofessional. There was a scheduled inspection and I was assured at least two times that the buyer would not be there, but guess who showed up! She kept trying to get the contractor to say that the bathtub and the entire area surrounded by tile would have to be demolished. Thank goodness we were present to find out this was not the case. Also, the final walk through had been on the calendar for about two weeks. I hired someone to help clean the house and a gardener and spent an entire day making the house pristine. They cancelled a couple of hours before they were supposed to be there, and could not come back until the day we were moving! Total nightmare!! read more

If there were negative stars I would click that. I have been shocked at that lack of professionalism and disrespect shown to us, as renters of a property owned by their clients. I called Tami twice to discuss with her personally about the agent, Luke, and never heard back from her. Of the many unprofessional things the realtor, Luke, has done, was to discuss with a potential buyer while I was home with my two children, how easy it was to "get us out" of the property. He carried on a several minute conversation in a normal voice. After sending an email asking that he not do that again, it was meet with no response. The list is long, and it is well documented. I am very surprised that Tami who is asserting herself as a "family" company would allow an agent of her to treat tenants of a property like this even if us as tenants are not the clients. We are people, and a family. They are aggressively marketing this property to be sold as owner occupied which would mean removing us. I should think some human decency and care would have been taking regarding this matter. Also, the property is extremely over-priced and am surprised they took the listing knowing it's not going to sell for listing price. I would highly NOT recommend using this agency as it seems to be money driven with a lack of professionalism and common decency to anyone apart from their client. read more
