There are a couple of stores to window shop and eateries to drop by (aka Haagen Dazs). On our (my) to-do is to try out the Old Pancake House (I've been to the other two locations and am a fan - my OPH fandom will be complete once I try the one in City Place.) I walk here, but there's a parking deck if you're driving. In short, nice shopping area in a good location.

I'm optimistic that more businesses will set up shop there, perhaps even some of the artisan vendors or activity spaces that Monique suggests in her review. It is truly spotless and very comfortable for relaxing in the shade of huge the trees. There are plenty of greenery. It is very peaceful--a great place to rest, pray, or meditate. I highly recommend it if you are in the area. You can come to shop at the nearby mall--there's a Target, Marshalls, Burlington, Starbucks, a taco shop, an Acme, and much more. You could come here first to exercise or simply enjoy the view of the Hudson and the tranquility, and then do your shopping--or vice versa. It comes highly recommended. I'm not sure who manages this place--whether it's the state government or someone else--but it is very well maintained, with plenty of trash cans and benches for enjoying the view. It's Free. Kudos to the entire team responsible for the maintenance and the vision of having a place like this right in the middle of the city. Blessings and hugs.

The plaza is split into threee separate sections. There are plenty of parking spots all around the plaza. It provides great value to locals as they can buy food, drinks, and some the services from here. The plaza is mostly clean and well paved. Easy to drive between parking lots. There are multiple entrances. Couple of store locations are unoccupied that have odd appearance. But overall it is very popular among the locals.

Styertowne Shopping Center has been around for at least 50 years plus…read more History: For those Yelpers who live in the area, this center had the original Rowe Manse Emporium which started out as a small card and candle shop. Later, it expanded to an ultra modern department store. People came from all over to shop here. Rows Manse has been closed for the last 20 years. The center has a variety of stores: CVS, Corbo Jeweler's, Dollar Store, Vitamin Shoppe, US Post Office, Dunkin Donuts, Subway, Seasons Market, Allstate Ins. and much more. To me, the Shopping Center needs a "real facelift". Most of the shops need to "update" their outside appearance. The Shopping Centre's appearance hasn't changed since its inception. On occasion, I've noticed some questionable characters about. One of the latest and a real welcome addition is the Mexican Restaurant is Bitol. They serve wonderful cocktails and cuisine. Styertowne Shopping Center has a large parking lot in the front and rear of the center. PS: How could I forget, the wonderful Styertowne Bakery. It's one of the best bakeries in NJ!

For example, there is an entire storefront devoted to claw machines. There is another store called "mystery bins" that has a random assortment of items that kind of look like they fell off a truck. There is a rope obstacle course for kids on the upper floors of the mall. Cool concept, but a little off putting that things could fall from above on to shoppers on the lower levels. Overall, it's a decent mall, but it has lost some of its luster over the years.

After the JCpenny and Lord & Taylor closed down, this place has only gone downhill. Second, its dirty as hell. Saw dead cockroaches in the food court and weird stains all around. This place doesn't get the care it needs anymore. Third, the mall is extremely close to dying. Don't get me wrong; this mall is very popular, but every time I visit it has less and less people visiting. I find this extremely sad to see, especially since I used to love going here with my dad, this mall has slowly been rotting due to neglect by the owners and is now destined to be demolished or completely renovated. I hope it can one day come back, but now I've lost hope for it at all.

What makes this place stand out is the indoor water park, the Nickelodeon theme amusement park, indoor ski slope with artificial snow and live theater. An H-Mart supermarket and food hall claim residence. They also have a large arcade with claw machines, video games and interactive games. A fun place to just shop, or have fun at the attraction parks.

This mall is huge. I happened to enter on a more quieter side. There were plenty of resting areas in the mall and of a more luxury appeal. This mall boast of an indoor amusement park. The park is not in my opinion work the cost. It appeared that Nickelodeon portion is a separate fee from the waterpark portion. The amusement park portion was in a more crowded and busier portion of the mall. Covering the entire mall didnt seem feasible in one day. I will get back another time as it is huge.
