It was one of the nice malls growing up that was nearby. Now, it's somewhat similar from what I remembered. Give or take some of the major departments stores are gone and replaced by a major chain store. You still have all the little mom and pop shops. Then the classic retailers. Loads of stores that I loved growing up have vanished. Either out of business or relocated. Department stores like Macys and JC Pennys are still there but nothing major. I don't even know what the food court is like as we didn't even venture that far. I had to return something and they had a store here. A smaller store but still. Plenty of parking as the space is massive. Mall is decent size but nothing crazy big. It's the neighborhood mall that I feel like it'll be there for many more years to come.

The only reason I go here is for the JC Penney. There's also a Costco and McDonald's in the…read morevicinity. The mall is old with a poor layout. And DO NOT use the ladies toilets near the T Mobile and Macy's, unless you want flushing water splashing onto your face. Gross!! The food court is right by Target, not centrally located and is maybe 6 places. There's also a ride rental for kids, weird looking, animatronic animals.

There isn't enough variety or reason for me to go there in my honest opinion. A caricature of the…read morepast that fails to live up to what it was like before the LA riots. Most of the time I'd go there would be to grab some pizza at that one place that's not chuckee cheese, and even then I feel like that restaurants quality is failing hard. Im not including chipotle, ikea or any of the satellite restaurants and stores that are in the same parking lot because it isn't attached to the main building. I thought the new theater would save the mall but i doubt it.

The main attraction seemed to be a live band concert rather than an actual swap meet experience. If you're going there expecting to shop for good deals--either new or used items--you'll likely be let down. There were very limited options, and the few vendors selling used items were pricing them as if they were brand new. Overall, it didn't feel like a true swap meet where you can browse, find hidden gems, or score bargains. Unfortunately, I wasn't impressed with the selection or the quality of what was being sold.

I just settled for a regular plastic one, I'll get a roller one another time from a different location. I also scored a new hair care product I'm excited about. And it was a really good price! One thing about Ross, the beauty section will never disappoint. Really nice shoes in the shoe section as well. The store was clean, staff greeted upon arrival just a lot of damaged items in the home sections.

The lines can get a bit crowded during busy times but not horrible. Their dressing rooms are pretty small. If you're looking for a bigger Ross though, this isn't the one for you.
