We watched The Father and Guardians of the Galaxy. During the first movie, there were staff going around making sure cars were parked in the right areas and conformed to lights off in cars. However, in the second movie around 11pm, cars would pull up to our site and leave their lights on for about 30 minutes completely blocking our view. Maybe the staff had gone home at that point but it ruined our experience of being able to enjoy our movie. Overall, the drive in was a great experience. Prices are reasonable and I would come here again.

I noticed they brought back a sampler plate with Mac and cheese bites, waffle fries, chicken tenders (I think) and pizza rolls for about $16. I would say there was about 20 cars in the whole place on a Saturday night. I have a feeling this place won't stay open much longer which is too bad as it's only 20 mins away from us and we really enjoyed coming here when they used to care more.

The young woman at the concession counter was an absolute sweetheart. We bought our movie tickets, loaded up on drinks and candy, and had the entire auditorium completely to ourselves. We watched our film, thoroughly enjoyed it, picked up every scrap of our trash, and made sure the row was spotless before leaving. Because I was visiting from California, my friend and I paused for a few minutes in the empty room to take a quick souvenir phone selfie together. Enter the final boss of bad customer service. Out from the shadows scurries this little older guy with prematurely grey hair, practically vibrating with hostility. He marches straight up to us and hits us with the most drippingly condescending, passive-aggressive, "Excuse me, can I help you?" My friend politely told him we were just taking a quick photo because I was in town visiting. I matched his snappy energy and pointed out that we were paying patrons who had just spent money on tickets and snacks. Instead of a normal human reaction, this absolute character puffs out his chest and barks: "We charge people for photo shoots!" Sir. Be serious. Two well-dressed adult women taking a iPhone snapshot in an empty theater is not a high-fashion Vanity Fair editorial. There were no ring lights, no wardrobe changes, and no production crew. To accuse paying customers of staging an unauthorized commercial shoot because they held up a phone is pure comedy--or it would be, if he hadn't been so aggressively rude. I'm assuming this man is the "Legend in His Own Mind" manager, because an employee making minimum wage wouldn't have this level of unhinged, proprietorial outrage over an iPhone camera. It completely soured what had been a lovely afternoon. If you visit, tip the lovely concession girl, but keep your phone tucked away unless you want the cinema troll jumping out from behind the velvet curtains to invoice your camera roll.

It's very small inside but it's very clean and has comfortable reclining seating and it's affordable. As of July 2024,tickets early in the day are $10.00 and $13.50 later in the day. The concession stand moves quickly and customer service is good. Food portions are fair as well. They also have a self serve soda machine with the coolest option to add syrup to your drinks. The syrup flavors are (Cherry, Strawberry, Vanilla and lemon) I've never seen that before. So that was awesome for sure. Instead of setting up in the bed of our pick up, we just stayed in our car and had a perfectly cozy movie experience. We used our radio for the first flick, but decided to just rent a radio (for $5) for the second so we didn't have to leave the car on. My hot tip is to show up with enough time to get set up and situated. Whether that means lawn chairs and blankets, or setting up in the trunk of your hatchback, getting cozy is your #1 priority here people! A few updates from last year: -They take card now! It made renting the radio and ordering food very easy. -The app is no longer needed. You can go right up to the window to order, but leave time before the movie starts because it takes a while.
