There was no one at the ticket booth as there was a sign that said to wait. So we waited a bit then we noticed another sign that said proceed to the snack bar - ok. So we paid for our tickets and started to order some snacks - they were all out of pretzels, they hardly had any desirable candy offerings and the large popcorn was barely warm, the butter was off and it was so salty we only ate half of it. I noticed they brought back a sampler plate with Mac and cheese bites, waffle fries, chicken tenders (I think) and pizza rolls for about $16. I would say there was about 20 cars in the whole place on a Saturday night. I have a feeling this place won't stay open much longer which is too bad as it's only 20 mins away from us and we really enjoyed coming here when they used to care more.

You aren't going to get recent films they feature primarily classic movies. It is a massive lot and they allow you to pick anywhere to park. The first film starts at 8:40 which I thought was late but due to the longer summer days it gets dark pretty late. The food wasn't crazy expensive but in retrospect I wish I bought my own fast food in. I ordered 2 hot dogs, a cheese nacho and mozzarella sticks for roughly 18 dollars. I only stayed for one film and it was easy to drive out the lot to leave in between the double feature but you definitely have to be smart about where you park. The only miscues is the address is a bit tricky to find. Easy to miss the turn. Also the concession stand light reflects on the screen.

It's very small inside but it's very clean and has comfortable reclining seating and it's affordable. As of July 2024,tickets early in the day are $10.00 and $13.50 later in the day. The concession stand moves quickly and customer service is good. Food portions are fair as well. They also have a self serve soda machine with the coolest option to add syrup to your drinks. The syrup flavors are (Cherry, Strawberry, Vanilla and lemon) I've never seen that before. So that was awesome for sure. The concessions are vital to a theater's resources and having many options is great. My only concerns have never been addressed by owners or management. The bathrooms in the lower section are tiny, dark and smelly, even at opening hour. The wait lines are long so you miss a lot mid-movie. The upper section has no bathrooms, but rather porta-potties, which aren't cleaned daily and are very dark at night. Another concern is projector brightness. Screen 1 has the brightest and largest screen and even dark themed movies are quite visible even in the rain. It helps that the projector is housed across the snack bar and very close to the screen. Screens 2 and 3 are projected from much farther away and into smaller screens. It seems that the projectors must be upgraded to liquid cooled laser projectors, whose brightness and clarity isn't affected with a proper lens. Instead in a dark themed movie, all one sees is only what is bright and so you're left guessing what's going on in the screen. This totally ruins the experience of going to the movies. There aren't many outdoor movie screens left and having the opportunity to enjoy one is an amazing experience. I truly hope and pray management addresses these issues, so that this establishment can continue to be enjoyed by generations upon generations!
