That being said, I met with 6 different realtors in the Sacramento area in preparation of getting my home ready to sell and 100% pleased we chose Zac! Zac was flexible during our first interaction where he walked the property and provided a lot of value on day 1 - spending 1-2hrs with me to answer questions about the process, his role in the process, and his willingness to engage or disengage to my personal preference for level of involvement. Throughout the entire make-ready process for listing the home, Zac was available to baby step us through each hurdle and provided guidance and tips on how to approach. Importantly, Zac's marketing and pricing strategy is both aggressive and realistic. Many realtors may try to lowball their quoted estimated sale price to manage expectations, but Zac came in at the higher end of the range, but also mentioned the reality of how market conditions are and what can change. Ultimately we sold at exactly what he thought we could get, even with the competitive buyers market we sold in! Zac is also very detail & data oriented, so not only has a 'local pulse' on the area, he is also tracking a lot of the data on the MLS for activity, and I'd constantly receive update emails about a new listing coming out or a listing that just went into escrow or closed that would be relevant datapoints for our sale. There were certain paperwork aspects of this transaction that we were required to complete ourselves, but Brady was there for each step anyway, and answered several clarifying questions to keep us on the right track. He handled any part of this transaction that didn't require our participation (e.g. lots of paperwork, inspections, photographs, dealing with a myriad of interested buying agents), so I could focus on all my other daily responsibilities. Brady's communication was (bar none) the best of any real estate agent I've ever dealt with (and there's been a few over the years). Brady kept us updated every few days about what was happening behind-the-scenes, and was easy to get a response from when we had questions. Brady did some fantastic comparison homework for our neighborhood, so we could price our property competitively. Our agreed upon listing price ended up generating lots of interest and potential buyers. Brady ended up solidifying us an "as-is" deal, that was far over the asking price of our property.
