There were just a couple of very minor issues after we moved in; we reported them through the maintenance portal and the office scheduled professional help to remedy them immediately. Communication from both the office and the vendors dispatched was excellent every time. We ended up having to leave Waco just over a month before our lease was to expire. They clearly explained the process, and worked quickly to lease the property following our departure affording us a prorated return on the last month's rent. As retiree's, we were so grateful for their policy and their flexibility in working with us. I wish I could remember everyone's name that we worked with over the year, but it really does not matter...EVERY person we dealt with went above and beyond to assist and they were all every so nice as well!

Our closer was apparently out of the office some due to a personal issue and it did not seem anyone checked on her work. It was difficult for my realtor to get emails answered and we were later misled about all issues being completed. At 4:30 on the day before closing, I was asked to provide details about a form they needed done. Apparently no one realized it had not been done. I was told it was doubtful we would get closed on time. When we did finally do the closing, the legal documents had multiple typos and the paperwork was poorly formatted with poor spacing of signature lines and other issues. Multiple emails asking for information my realtor had previously supplied, etc. On closing day there was no apology or even an acknowledgement of the problems. A very poor experience.
