So I called one morning to ask about haircuts as other local ones were high. I asked about needing an appt or just be a walk in. She said a walk in was fine. I show up maybe 1.5-2 hours later and they were closed for lunch. I'm not sure how many barbers there were, but if they all planned to be out for lunch, telling me that in the phone call would've been nice. Just wanted to update my Review on Paramount Barbershop, Richie does not let us down ever! Still a great a Barber. He always makes sure to go above and beyond by always doing a fresh Haircut & booking us in for appointments. The Barbershop now does appointments on weekends incase you didn't know, I recommend doing them. Shoutout to Miguel the guy that is in charge of the list. He's is really friendly and makes sure everything is in order. There are a couple New yet experienced Barbers working there and I can honestly say that they are great at what they do, the Vibe in the Barbershop is very fun and calm so that's always a plus to be in a good atmosphere, with great customer service! read more

I live about 35 min away but it's so worth the drive I was attended by Cristina she is super friendly easy going has great communication she actually leaves your hair how you want it that's a problem i always had with other places they went with what they thought was best no she listens to how you want your hair, my hair was so dry and it's thin she made my hair look healthy with some natural volume since I don't do nothing special to it it looks great I love it and from now on will only trust my hair in her hands read more

Show up early, and make sure you get your name on the list upon arriving. And contrary to what another review states, they DO have a system for dealing with who's next in line. The good: It is inexpensive( 10 dollar haircut not including tip) They have direct tv and a gaming console is usually there so your not bored while you wait. they keep it decently clean most barbers give good haircuts there is usually parking right in the lot liquor store right around the corner the bad: the wait can get crazy on weekends but they do have a system of getting names down the only two barber i let cut my hair (Nato or Edgar) always have a waitlist its a bit of a crammed space read more

BEST BARBERSHOP HANDS DOWN, I've been coming to these guys for a lil over 15 years already, back when they use to work at carlos barbershop, I'm very picky when it comes down to who cuts my hair, and with the crew they have right now I let anyone their cut my hair because they all know what they're doing. No more $15 or $20 cuts for my kids. Always clean and fresh everyone walks out looking fly. You find a variety of men passing through here. Babies (never witnessed a melt down) through teens and of course all of the above. Usually something entertaining is on TV to help distract you from the crazy weekend wait (hence 4 stars, yes its that bad). Chair number one (Edgar) and second to last (Arturo) are their go to's. The barbers over all are good, one of them though (2nd chair by the window) has a really bad attitude and thinks hes the boss or something (hes not) My brother in law was already at the barber shop getting his hair cut and had already put my nephews name down but when we got there they were 1 min closed. The rude barber, told us they were closed and i told him that he had already out his name down, he then said "so? we're still closed" another barber with glasses stepped in and told him that we were with my brother in law and that it was fine. All the barber chairs were taken so we would have been waiting anyway so i dont get what the problem was that we arrived 1 MINUTE after they closed. It bothered me that he was rude to me after i told him we were already on the list. Not like he was gunu cut his hair anyways. In the end nato was the one who cut my nephews hair and he did a good job! And he was so nice about it not like the other guy. Thanks nato!! read more
