We live in Colorado Springs, but happily commute an hour each way, every day, so that our son can be trained by the best. Now that's impressive. I have high standards for customer service at fitness studios because I work at one myself, and Barre Forte exceeds them. The classes are fun, challenging, and effective. They have plenty of straightforward barre classes on the schedule, but my favorite BY FAR is Barrebound, which is a combination of bouncing (aka rebounding) on mini trampolines, with barre exercises in between. It's a great way to get your heart working and log lots of steps and cardio, with full-body strengthening as well. The hour absolutely flies by and I forget I'm even working out because I'm having so much fun. Definitely try this class if you're stuck in a workout rut or just want to feel like a kid again while doing something great for your body!

This facility does Prefer Lane reservations for use of the swimming pool, which we made once we got there, but Robert and Joe accommodated us earlier. We also talked with a general manager, Brittany, who was most welcoming and accommodating. This is another fine facility in Colorado athletic club collection.
