Amazing teachers and such a welcoming community. Our five year old loves going to dance- and the recital was extremely impressive!

We have been coming here for a few months now and are really glad we made the switch from our baby classes to our "big girl classes". We loved the Apex while my daughter was a toddler but felt like we needed better instruction. We are so glad that we had so many glowing recommendations for Move by Morelli. They have several styles to choose from and their classrooms are well equipped to handle I think, 6 classes at once. I have two girls that take ballet classes at Move by Morelli. We've had an overwhelmingly positive experience. We've done different kids ballet classes and this is more professional and enjoyable for the girls than our previous experience. We love coming here! My daughter has been taking classes since she was 2 (she's 5 now). We wouldn't even think of going anywhere else. We always recommend to our friends to sign their children up! I always have to give praise to Miss Margo- she is so amazing, patient, kind and enthusiastic and cares about her dancers. During the peak of Covid she sent handwritten letters to her dancers and even had virtual story time. Everyone has always been kind and responsive here. Vicki never breaks a sweat and is so calm and collective. Missy has done a phenomenal job operating her studio and coming out on top during Covid. Move by Morelli came highly recommended by our family and friends. My husband's cousin was very successful in competitive dance and she recommended this studio to us as well as a family friend who takes her own daughter here. My 3 year old was struggling with gross motor skills so in order to help her feel more comfortable moving her body, build her confidence, and have fun doing it I wanted her to try a dance class. I was impressed from her first trial lesson. There were three other girls there my daughter's age dressed in uniform leotards and tights. The teacher Ms. Dani enthusiastically welcomed my little girl. My daughter went into the studio happily following Ms. Dani. I watched from the monitors as my daughter followed the basic steps Ms. Dani was demonstrating. (It's genius that they found a way to allow parents to watch while not distracting the dance students). My girl struggled a bit at first but she kept trying and was having a great time. Ms. Dani provided her with encouragement and individual attention. They started with tap, then free movement, then ballet. I was so impressed with how all the girls were learning the steps and having a great time. I expected the staff there to put more pressure on me to join but I was pleasantly surprised when they offered a quick tour of the studio, explained what they offered, then let the experience stand on it's own. My daughter came out all smiles and when I asked her if she wanted to do dance class again she quickly said yes. The sign up process was quick and easy. The staff was clear and informative about the pricing, important dates, and scheduling. We signed up at the beginning of January and have been going every Saturday since then. It's something my daughter and I look forward to every week. I've seen great improvement in my daughter's confidence and gross motor skills. She practices the dances at home and loves showing off her plie and other dance moves. Another fact that speaks to the quality of this studio is now her class has increased from three girls to seven. They have started rehearsing their recital choreography and I'm really impressed at what Ms. Dani is teaching them to do. This is legit tap and ballet and she's doing it with 3 year olds, while having a lot of fun! If you have any doubts try a free class. It's so worth it. read more

My 3 year old goes here for ballet and tap and she loves it! Before we came here for classes, she used to be very shy and cried anytime I had to leave her someplace for a short class. Now she gives me a hug and runs in, and asks each week when we'll go again. The instructor is wonderful, too - when my daughter *did* cry the first time I brought her, she held my daughter and continued teaching until my daughter was comfortable enough to be down on her own. As a parent I love being able to watch the class on the TV they have outside the classroom. We've signed up for the year and will be back again. read more

We love this place!! Most importantly my son loves the hip hop class and really enjoys his teacher. This is my daughter's second year at Move by Morelli and she absolutely loves going there! She's currently in Lil' Cuties and has Miss Margo, who is an amazing teacher and makes every class such a fun experience for the kids. We really had a lovely experience at Move by Morelli when my daughters tried their tap/ballet combo classes. There was a very good instructor :student ratio and they gave each of my daughters hands-on feedback and instruction. I appreciate their emphasis on good technique while also being age appropriate and having fun. The staff was very professional and each instructor gave me feedback on how class went afterward which was helpful. I've enrolled them both and they are very excited about it!!! At first I was thrown off at the cost for the recital in the summer, turns out the pricing is about the 'norm'. read more

My daughter is 9 years old and has been dancing at WCPA for almost 7 years. She was enrolled under the previous ownership, and while she liked dance, it wasn't exactly her passion. Once introduced to Missy, she blossomed into someone who now identifies herself as a dancer, even joining the competitive team last season. The other instructors are wonderful as well. Their approach to each class is so enthusiastic and positive, that it is contagious to the dancers. My daughter never ever wants to skip a class. and she is enrolled in nine of them, including piano. Not only are the instructors amazing, the front office staff is welcoming, polite and extremely organized. Our family feels very lucky to have this studio as a home away from home for our daughter. read more

This is a great studio! The owner and staff care about the children's well being and respect their family time during the holidays. They push the kids to get better and nurture them to ensure they are personally successful in meeting their goals. I have no clue what the bad reviewer could possibly be talking about. WCPA is outstanding. The staff is wonderful they are like a family! They treat the kids with love and respect. My oldest daughter has been going there since she was three and both girls have learned so much and have come so far in the last five years. Well, I take it very personally that I am being told what I said was untrue. I am a business owner and the sooner, you know as an owner the customer is always right....the better it will hopefully run. Seems to me maybe the staff is afraid to tell you the truth. The teacher the very first class was 25 minutes late because she stated she wasn't sure what time the class was supposed to start. Secondly, pulling through my phone records she NEVER called. Further, I had actually called for you twice not even saying who I was and was told in the summer you are rarely there at all. So, I AM NOT A LIAR. What I posted was true. The best approach in being a business owner might have been to not be so defensive and realize maybe the customer was right. I have no reason to lie about my experience. I think, as a matter of good business maybe it would be nice for the three of us to meet. The reply back to me felt defensive instead of apologetic. I have raised girls and know how hard the age can be. The circumstance had dynamics to it that were not healthy for any little aspiring dancer to be around. It took quite a long time for you to get back to me which makes me wonder if as the owner you even got the whole picture. I do hope I actually get a real call back to discuss this as giving bad reviews isn't fun. read more
