Disgusting cheapskate move to use AI. I sympathize with them that it would be annoying to answer late night calls, but that's also just about their only job and the only thing worth rating them for on this end. Only rental company I know of that allows someone to co-sign for only a part of the lease (designed for college students), so a parent only needs to agree to be responsible for their own child's rent. Cleaned our house reasonable well before moving out, and got %90 or our deposit back. Only thing taken out was the cleaning service and carpet cleaning, and recipts for both were sent along with the refund check. If you want to try and cheat a landlord, definitely look somewhere else. But if you want a fair responsible well organized rental agency, these are the guys for you.

The water pipe in the building I was living in burst in April 2018 and we had to live without flooring for nearly a month - when we moved out in June repairs still were not finished. Company never informed or updated us of who would be entering our living premises and what they would be doing. To top that all off, we didn't even get our full security deposit back. I could go on and on about everything that happened (I'm leaving out a lot of detail to spare my stress) but in sum, the service provided was awful, unprofessional on every level, and unacceptable. They take advantage of college students who don't know better or can't afford nicer places with better service. AVOID!!!
