I've had a really good experience with LongStreet as a remote owner. They have clear processes,…read morethey stick to them, and they actually do what they say they'll do. My manager is great on follow-through, it's been solid, so I feel like I can trust them to handle issues without me needing to be local. Their pricing feels fair for the level of service and peace of mind I'm getting, especially with them keeping the place well maintained and compliant.

Was great, responsive company until they began using AI agents. Use of the agents made it…read moreimpossible to reach anyone on their "24 hr maintenance emergency line", so if anything happens after a certain time of night, you're screwed. I lived on an older property that had a lot of plumbing issues: the main line would get clogged constantly, making it so we couldn't use the bathroom in our own house. When this happened late at night this means we were left completely without a bathroom (and the AI advised us not to use any water) so we were completely without water. Totally unacceptable. Disgusting cheapskate move to use AI. I sympathize with them that it would be annoying to answer late night calls, but that's also just about their only job and the only thing worth rating them for on this end. We should've had a hotel or at least some sort of working toilet. I'll give them and extra star because they do send good maintenance people, even if it is not within an acceptable time frame.

The only decent thing was a prompt email the next day from them…read more They have a strict number of "application spaces" that are first come first serve. They flat out refuse to accept anything beyond that, not even putting anyone into a waitlist. Even after asking if I could pay an additional fee to be placed on a waitlist it was a firm no. Think the red flag here was "first come first serve" If you're not willing to meet potential customers even half way, your not operating a very fair company.

Unfortunate experience with Pinion Property Management, Mr. Pinion and his crew unfortunately only…read morecare about getting you in their buildings to get $$$. This is regarding CowboyCourts in Sisters, OR Fortunately Mr. Pinion is easy going, one of managers, miss Chris, unprofessional to say the least. We were compensated for our prorated rent after stating the fact that the cleaners they hired did a bad job that they offered to come in again and clean. No, we already did that thank you. Anywho, Chris had told us to might as well go somewhere else after bringing up a list of maintenance issues after we had cleaned the apartment. This review is really more for their lack of human decency. I was looking forward to being in that apartment for over a year, but to have constant maintenance repairs that would involve constant in and out? Why not just dot the work and let move in after? Poor handling of people's livelihood. But renter beware, unless you want no inspections and love smoking inside.
