Even after I pointed this out, Jocelyn still refused to give me a refund because "the musicians played well". What hurt the most is that the song I had planned to walk down the aisle to was in tribute to my older brother who passed away the year before my wedding, and now I have to look back on my wedding day and know that the tribute never even happened.
