So the store was a "squirrel" moment; meaning I was waiting for my network of contacts from our conference to arrive and I was early and popped into the store to pass time. The clothes were cute while "window shopping" but as I googled the brands that were in the store, they were lower quality brands at very high prices. The items are "cute" and if you are swayed by being on vacation in Vegas you might be inspired to whip out your credit card for a cute dress. I say, take your time. Check out the brands on line and the actual quality of the products themselves. There is a huge markup for their items and they are actually not quality items when you review the brands themselves. The staff was nice (I popped in twice during my visit) to pass time. The store is nicely presented and absolutely will "call you in" if you are in need of a cute dress for the evening. I would encourage you to bring your best clothing before shopping on a whim; based on quality. read more

If 0 stars were an option, I'd choose that. Found a stunning dress whose tag indicated $99. Take it to the register, it rings up $129. We are SURE the store would honor the price CLEARLY indicated on the tag. Nope! Even though the sales associate saw the tag, she wouldn't honor the price saying it was mis-marked. When told she should honor the price indicated she said she wouldn't. When told she lost a sale, she said "alright". Everyone in the party was going to purchase items. We all put our items back. Paradiso lost $500 worth of sales was lost due to not honoring a $20 mismark. The sales associate needs to learn (or be taught) customer service. Stay away. read more

I bought these sandals 8/6/24 & was told all sales were final. I did end up wearing them out the store and up to my room ONLY as my feet were hurting from my heels. I went to put these same sandals on the next afternoon & literally as im sliding my foot in one of the buckles break. I went back to ask if there was anything that could be done about this since I had just purchased not even 24 hours apart and was told since they were wore they were basically damaged & couldn't be returned. read more

My friends and I came in to do some shopping and and one of my friends tried on a beautiful dress that showed a $99 price tag. She decided she wanted it and took it to the register to purchase. When my friend was at the register ready for check out the employee said no the price is not $99 like it says on the tag it's actually $129. My friend asked if she would honor what was on the tag and employee said "no because that's not the price" and it was not in a polite way. My friend then said well if you can't honor the tag then you just lost the customer and the employee said "ok." I then put all my items I had back because if they can't honor what's on the tag then they lost my business. Poor customer service would not recommend coming here if they can't honor what THEY put on tags . read more

Great store to pick up some fun accessories or a quick item for your stay in Vegas. Located on the MGM property, food court level, the side closest to the Grand Pool Complex & Towers. They have a super selection of party shoes and fancy sandals to jazz up your holiday wardrobe. They have a mix off clothing from mini skirts and club dress to lovely dresses and tops for more mature occasions. They also stock a lot of glittery jewelry to add some sparkle to your evening. They carry quite a few purses and evening bags too. On this occasion I picked up a new club purse. I've been looking for one for absolute ages. Every time I get one it ends up being to small or the strap falls off my shoulder - urgh! This time I scored. I found a great silver multi pocket zipper purse. One pocket for the roll-up shoes (a must), another smaller zippered section for money, credit cards and ID AND another pocked just perfect for lipstick, gum, my b/f's cigs, etc. - $40! Was in Vegas and decided to do some shopping while waiting for our show at MGM. Experienced Extremely terrible customer service and clueless staff at PARADISO. We went to the clothes rack marked "additional 30% off SALE PRICE" . We verified with the sales clerk if it meant that we take additional 30% off. She said yes. When we went to checkout, clothes rang up as marked. Clerk then goes to verify with manager in back room and comes back and said that she is sorry, but someone marked the prices wrong. We then asked if they would honor the 30% off the marked price. They shamefully would not honor their mistake. We ended off having to put all of our 8 items back. My wife then found an outfit that she liked. Price tag in size small was marked lower price about ($20 lower )than the size Medium which my wife needed. Well, they would not even honor the SAME price for two IDENTICAL shirts ( except if size difference). Talk about a size discrimination?? Well, will NEVER go to another PARADISO store again for terrible and unfair customer service! read more

What can I say.....this store is amazing! They carry the nicest and good quality clothing I've seen in a while. The sales ladies are so helpful and wonderful to work with as well. I bought a high-low skirt and the matching top with ruffled sleeves, a faux fur poncho, a fitted blinged out club dress and 3 pairs of blinged out shoe clips all for under $500. The skirt alone would have cost over $200 at BEBE or House of CB. They have so many accessories to choose from and their shoe selection is pretty amazing too. I wish they had a website so I can buy items from home but I guess this is how they get you to come back to Vegas and trust me, I will definitely be back. read more
