From the first interaction with Eli from Paradise Remodeling, we were convinced that this was the right company to hire to remodel our very outdated bathroom. Eli was extremely attentive and focused on our wishes. He asked many questions during the consultation to ensure that we were going to end up with exactly the vision and functionality we were looking for. At the end of the consultation, he provided a virtual sketch of what the bathroom would look like, and we were amazed at the fact that every detail we talked about was captured perfectly. We were assured that the commitment of Paradise Remodeling was to take care of everything along the way to make the process from start to finish a pleasant and stress-free one. That commitment was met ten-fold. One of the many positives of hiring this company was that they created a team on WhatsApp to funnel all communications through so that everyone was on the same page during the process. Another big, impressive feature hiring this company was a creation of a spreadsheet where all of the materials (fixtures, vanities, faucets, etc.) we wanted to purchase were entered in on each line item so they could be reviewed and approved measurement wise to ensure they fit in the space, and worked in the way we described to Eli. The other line items on the spreadsheet assisted with the purchase of materials needed for the job. (grout, tile, light switches, wall outlets, etc.) Also provided was a "shopping list" which we took to Lowes and Home Depot. That made things super easy! We then met with Christopher, the project manager, for the entire job. What an amazing person! He was there every step of the way to answer questions, of which we had many since we had never completely gutted a bathroom before. He was very professional, personable, and most importantly patient with all our questions. He made us feel like we were his only customer, which we knew wasn't the case. He's a busy guy! We do suspect, however, that he enjoyed working with us and made himself available because he loved coming over to see our golden retriever, Lily. The installers, Viktor and Irina, were amazing! With the exception of the demo, which another company handled, they did everything from start to finish. They showed up on time each morning, and literally walked in, said good morning, and then went right to work. I don't think I've ever met two people who physically work so hard in the home remodeling business. Home renovations do not, however, go without a few glitches here and there. We had just a few minor issues, one being a very persistent little drip in a pipe under the sink. Not to be deterred, Christopher came back each time the leak was fixed and then decided to rear its ugly head again from another location. And viola! The sink lost the fight! The message here is if there were any issues along the way, they were addressed and resolved immediately and to our complete satisfaction. We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Paradise Remodeling. If you are looking for an exceptional experience with an amazing result, this company is for you. Our newly remodeled bathroom is more than we had hoped for. It's beautiful and we could not be happier. read more

Terrible business. Shoddy work. Poor communication. Shady tactics. If you want your bathroom done, do NOT go with these guys. After a long sought out kitchen remodel since July- I finally finished my process with Paradise Remodeling. There was constant lack of communication starting with my material list that I asked for up until October. Mind you- contracts and permits started in July 2025. I was then told my desired cabinets were not available and would need to find alternative. I took it upon myself to speak with lioher to find out the cabinets were simply on back order due to machine malfunction and still are accepting orders. My project officially started Dec 8th with very quick demolition, but then stayed empty for weeks on end. I lived outside my home during remodel for the benefit of myself and paradise to give them the freedom to come and go as they please, however, they only showed up once a week to do very minuscule things. Not to mention, there was no protection/coverage of my furniture or possessions that they mentioned in the contract. After 2 months I had enough and spoke to an attorney, which is when magically my kitchen came together and passed final inspection just 5 days later. The kitchen is quite an upgrade but it was obvious I was placed on the back burner as a customer and would hate for anyone else to go through a similar process. Eli was our designer with a 3D program which brought everything into perspective. Phil was our onsite manager who was fantastic. Kobi is the owner and we spoke several times. I strongly advise others to avoid this company. I hired this company to renovate my bathroom, the experience was a complete nightmare from start to finish. The quality of work was unacceptable - they failed not one, but TWO inspections. This means their work didn't meet basic building code requirements, which is both concerning and unprofessional. Having to deal with failed inspections caused significant delays and additional stress. Beyond the poor workmanship, their conduct was equally appalling. The team was incredibly rude and disrespectful throughout the entire process. When issues arose, rather than taking responsibility and working to make things right, they were dismissive and unprofessional. The second failed inspection was a water proofing inspection. This company installed the shower walls before the city could inspect the water proofing, therefore the inspection automatically failed. Instead of complying with city codes and the inspector, this company decided to get a cheap over the shower tile inspection, to bypass it, cut corners and save costs. Its basically similar to inspecting a car without lifing the car up and seeing under and the insides of the car. A over the tile inspection by a random third party company is meaningless. It is my right to have them re do it free of charge and pass the inspection properly. They decided to leave my apartment unlocked and stop responding to me and denied me a refund. After myself and the city of Boca Ratons inspector explaining to them that they would lose in court they decided to re do it. After a whole week if not two, the boss called me in the most passive aggressive tone and said "ya were going to re do it, you are a great customer, do not ever use us again". I could not help myself with passive aggressive disrespect after a whole week of not responding so we had a beautiful conversation. Some people spill milk and don't want to clean it up. These guys spilled milk, left it on the floor, left with my money and then said bye. A bathroom renovation should be a straightforward project for an experienced contractor. The fact that they couldn't complete the job to code standards, combined with their terrible customer service, made this the worst contractor experience I have ever had. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration - look elsewhere for your renovation needs. read more

If you want a contractor who pays attention to detail and take pride in their workmanship, this is the one. I am so in LOVE with the remodeling of both my bathrooms!!! I've already gotten so many compliments on it, the design and workmanship. They actually created my own personal "spa" (I call it) in my master bathroom and it's my favorite place in the house to escape to especially after a long, exhausting day at work. I had the daunting task, on my own, of having both my bathrooms remodeled after living in my house for 24 years. Needless to say I was nervous and apprehensive about the whole thing but Paradise Remodeling made it so much easier than I thought. They guided and helped me every step of the way from the very beginning to helping me choosing exactly the right items and recommendations of places to shop or order through. Owner and project manager, Simo, was one of the nicest and most patient contractor I have ever hired in all my years experience. Extremely accommodating and really went out of his way to help me out and make things as easy as possible...to even picking things up at the store for me several times or returning items back to the store especially when things were too big to put in my vehicle. I like the fact he was as picky as me but that goes to show he takes his business reputation very seriously and really, really knows his stuff. Excellent communication among all of them including the office team. Response time is excellent!! Of course sometimes things can happen along the way especially in big projects like this in older homes but Simo was very quick to correct it, put me at ease and make it right. Like I said he knows his stuff really well especially when it comes to homes in South Florida (old and new) and you can tell he's got A LOT of years experience and skills. I was totally comfortable trusting his suggestions, knowledge and expertise. It's been over 5 months since the renovations and even to this day, Simo still helps me out with the smallest thing and still responds quickly! You will certainly not be forgotten even way past many months that your projects when are all said and done. That in itself tells should tell you how serious they are about their workmanship and reputation. The entire Paradise Remodeling team was a real pleasure to work with. I will definitely hire them again for any of my future projects, without hesitation!!!
