My back yard patio needed a good late spring cleaning after the fall and winter. Acorns stained my…read morepatio pretty badly, and just the dirt from the past year accumulated and made it pretty dirty. Looked up local places to get some quotes and although KenAdy was a newer company the quote was very reasonable, and the communication was great. I decided to hire KenAdy and I couldn't be happier. My back patio is now ready for some grilling and chilling with friends and family. I even had him do the garage door as well after seeing the difference in my patio and the work was exceptional as well. If you need a reliable person to do good work try KenAdy.

I'm very disappointed. I chose this company not because they were the cheapest (they were…read moremid-range) but because they were local and claimed to have experience with high hall ceilings. I even provided the paint myself--high-quality paint--so there was no excuse for poor results. At first, I was impressed with how they covered and prepped everything. Unfortunately, that didn't carry over to the actual work. They still managed to get paint on my outlets, floors, doors, windows, and hinges. They came back three times to fix missed spots, yet the issues were never fully resolved. I decided to cut my losses instead of scheduling a fourth visit. Honestly, I've done better paint work myself--I just didn't have the time. Very disappointing experience. Next time I'll do it myself or hire an actual painting company not a power washer one lol
