Tried to match a former Sherwin-Williams William's base molding color (bright white satin) and took…read moretwo pictures of outside of can and paint formula on top to the new location on Naples Blvd. I handed him my phone with the two pictures on it. He transposed the numbers to a piece of paper, mixed the paint and I left. Got home to use the paint and immediately noticed that the paint was a beige color. I checked the formula to the picture on my phone and saw he had added another color called Deep Gold, which was NOT on the original formula. Figured it was an honest mistake that they would immediately fix when I pointed it out. Unfortunately, he claims (think he was the mgr) he did not make a mistake and that the formula was not the same one I had shown him originally. I'm shocked at the implication and disappointed in the way I was treated. Never again will I use Sherwin-Williams.

This place was right around the corner, so I gave it a shot. WOW! Sooo friendly and knowledgeable!!! Such a wide variety of products and someone to walk through the whole place with me showing me options and explaining the benefits and downfalls to each for my specific project. All stain selections were the same price point relatively as the other stores, but a way better product. I will most definitely use this place again and again!

In general, it is an awful way to leave a customer who thinks of your store first before your competition. I usually got quick and courteous service from Sherwin-Williams and the paint is usually a little higher than Ace Home Depot and Lowes. Collier county employees have a discount which makes it a fairly good deal in general. Recently I called and ordered and picked up from. Denny a rebuild kit for a cat pressure water pump it was $100 for the rebuild kit. This kit included the rings an gaskets and seals unfortunately it was missing 3 o-rings and 3 of the seals were the wrong size. We ended up running around to find the right sized seals for $20 at John Collins and o-rings were at ACE hardware. We came back to this store to explain how parts were missing and some parts did not fit at all. We were looking for help from the branch manager. Jim Teaster seemed minimally concerned and really offered no resolution to the problem. He was not helpful in any other solution other than offering us some shirts..what?? Shirts!! or His other offering was a discount on future paint purchase. I doubt I'll ever return to this location considering I've lost all faith in this disservice. And he left a bad impression that undid any good feelings of my past experiences. Too bad for SW and too bad for me. I was not pointing fingers I was asking them for help in getting us the correct parts. My recommendations for paint would be Home Depot for either Joe or Jersey Joe the paint pro Airport pulling and Pineridge Rd. My recommendation for poor customer care would be to see Jim Teaster at this location. His answer to problems was I can give you some shirts.. 012/14

Painting our house was one of our top priorities when we bought it. I did lots of research, called…read morelots of companies, and asked around for recommendations. Mino was always prompt to respond, remembered our conversations and followede up with me before we even moved into the house. We decided to move our painting up by several weeks and called Mino in a panic hoping he would be available, and he was! Mino MADE time to come and paint our house. He took time to do a walk-thru of the house and make recommendations based on our requests and the look we were going for. Mino finished on time and within budget. Unfortunately our house has very tall ceilings and not all of the lights are working, so Mino did the best he could, and if we asked him to touch up a spot, he did! Again, this had nothing to do with Mino's painting abilities, we had terrible lighting and he was quick to fix anything that was needed. I would recommend Mino and Napoli Paint Works, Inc to my family, clients, or anyone that asked. We are very pleased with the results, the quality of the work, and most of all the service. The sales associate at the register was terribly rude, saying that if I ordered in store I wouldn't have any issues. Hmmmm... you mean if you got a commission you'd help me? Assuming they are being paid to be there and work? I'm actually surprised William Sonoma, West Elm and Pottery Barn are still in business. Ordering, shipping and delivery (things take months) are a nightmare. The "white glove" delivery is a joke, they are all filthy and it's so hot here in FL they smell. But what is so disturbing is they won't leave your home until you give them 5 stars on the survey. I had a 6'4" dude here a couple weeks ago and I was so intimidated that I actually got scared. That's not ok!!! I was alone here at the house and he would not leave. Get it together! Until then it's Crate and Barrel. They are responsive, gracious and the delivery guys actually take their shoes off and wear gloves.

One clerk went to the back to look for stock. While I was waiting for her another clerk saw me standing there and asked if I needed help. By the end of my transaction I had worked with 5 customer service/clerks. All were helpful and I went home very happy.

With the exception of some of the more garishly beachy vendors, the selection is overwhelmingly great. Every booth has at least 15 things that I love, 8 that I'd actually buy, 4 I can afford, and 1 I can't live without. That's how they get me. Vendors hold sales on their booths regularly (check for 50% off vendors!!!) and you can step out of there having spent under $50 for something really special. On the other hand, there are pieces in there that are outrageously overpriced. But that's par for the course for a shop like this. I find it part of the fun, setting your eyes on a piece that's.. oops...$4,000. Chesterdales is an adult I Spy Book. Perfect for people who love framed paintings, tchotchkes of any type, particularly dishware, coastal/ rattan furniture, mirrors... the list goes on. Staff is quite helpful but not overbearing. The store is well air conditioned but not overly (if you know SWFL, you know what I'm talking about. You don't need a sweater to shop in here.) If you have the chance and are willing to spend an hour sitting through the stock, do it!
