Also, they ever tell you how long they predict your wait time to be, rather they only ask 'can you wait?' You must always ask how long. My sister waited 45 minutes for a manicure with no warning or apologies. This is far too long for a walk-in. Nail-wise, I've been thrice now. Once the woman was very heavy handed with my finger polish, did not allow me to dry between coats and several fingernaild definitely got smudged even after a very long drying period. I will say, their pedicures are lovely! You get a yummy paraffin wax treatment that keeps you mousturized for days (hence the 3 stars)! My most recent manicure was with a tall slender gentleman who had an odd habbit of wiping off excess fingernail polish by digging his thumnail into the crease of every single cuticle. It was uncomfortable and a bit gross, in my opinion.

Normally I'm not so critical about my nails, but I have my engagement pictures next weekend and I almost never have my nails done anyway so this is important for me. The manager Phong fixed them. He was so nice, and even ended up staying an hour and a half late for me and Hellen stayed just as long for my mom. My nails look fantastic, and even though I live in Clearwater I am definitely coming back to have him do my nails for my wedding in April. I was beyond surprised that a little nail salon in Walmart would be my new favorite salon. I highly recommend Phong and Hellen to EVERYONE!
