Like many other Yelpers mentioned, I wasn't sure where to buy leis after Le Flowers closed. I decided to give this place a try because of all the great reviews, and I'm so glad I did! I stopped by right after they opened on a Saturday. Parking was easy (it's right by Fujiyama Texas) and yes... the reviews were right about the potholes in the parking lot. They have a great selection of fresh, beautiful leis at very reasonable prices. The quality and value definitely exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely be coming back the next time I need a lei. Andrew is so nice, friendly and helpful! I stopped by this beautiful shop right around the corner from UH Federal Credit Union on King Street. Lots of parking so you don't have to worry about Le Flowers closing or driving down to Chinatown where parking is always a problem! The leis are so fresh and beautiful! The orchids come from Thailand! Some are dyed but he assured me they are not like others where they can stain! Please check out my pictures below to see the beautiful fresh leis, kukui nut, etc. Btw, please patronize Paradise Leis because they're the ones who outsource to Safeway, Chinatown, Watanabe Florist who in turns outsource to Costco! Since Le Fleurs closed, getting a lei has been stressful unless I get my kid to make one. I'm so grateful that I stumbled upon paradise lays on Yelp. It's true what they say that they are extremely reasonable. You definitely have to get there early especially during graduation because it gets busy fast. They have all different types of lei variety of price range ranges. They are located on the same side as the university of Hawaii Credit Union. Don't drive too fast or you'll miss the entrance to the parking lot which has pretty decent parking. Fujiyama Texas shares the same lot. I will definitely be coming here more often for my lei. read more

After Le Flowers closed down I didn't where to go. THIS IS THE PLACE if you don't want to pay crazy prices for a simple lei. Free parking in the small lot of the building. The storefront does NOT face King St so you just have to trust the map/GPS. They have orchid lei for $8 which is pretty much the same price as chinatown. They also had tuberose lei, ilima, ginger, and haku, all with very similar pricing to Chinatown. I just found my new go to flower shop. read more

I gotten leis from here 3 times in the last 2 months and every time I have had the best experience. This time I called ahead to get exactly what I wanted: a green and white twisted orchid lei. I of course forgot to get a picture before gifting it but it was full and beautiful for $40. I also saw some amazing white and pink orchid leis that I will probably be purchasing in the future. Make sure to call them before Monday if you want something special to pick up during the week. They are quite busy but the leis are beautiful and such a great price! I'm so happy there's a lei place to go to in the Moili'ili area now that Le Flowers closed down! Bonus is ample and free parking! Warning tho, the parking lot has a ridiculous amount of potholes, so try to avoid them. They're located in the same lot as Fujiyama Texas (fronting King Street). Service was excellent and the guy was really patient and gave me the time to look through all they had on offer. Tip: Look at the bottom shelf for the not super fresh lei and ask what they have. I was able to get fancy orchid lei for $15 each! They were gorgeous. They don't have the range of selection you'll find at other lei places in Chinatown but they had enough variety that I am definitely going back (especially when I don't want to deal with finding parking in Chinatown). I think they tack on a charge for using credit card, so take cash. read more

This is a small store front, but it is a wholesale provider. I stopped by for a single orchid, lay strand, and it was eight dollars. There is a parking lot next to the building, although I'm not sure that's for this business. It is full of pothole, so be careful. There was someone in there making layers when I stopped high and they let me check the fridge to purchase what I needed and was in there for maybe five minutes. read more

This was my first time and was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the leis were. They have to leaves, orchids in dyed or natural colors. You can get an orchid lei for $10 or less. The service was also amazing! They got me the lei I wanted for my friend within budget which my friend will truly appreciate with the type of flowers and color. I found out about this place through social media and was eager to make my first purchase here since our other community florist has closed down. I really liked that it is a convenient location. Went in on Monday 4/13/26 inquired about a fern haku. This haku was for my daughter who is on the May Day court and being a responsible mother I wanted to make sure I ordered everything on time. I was pleasantly greeted by a young lady and she answered my questions and said if they ran into any complications that they would call me in advance. She also took a picture of what I had envisioned it would look like and sent it to the florist, also asked if I was picking up in the am or pm because they wanted to make sure it arrived on time before coming in. Left happily with my order and confident I had everything in place. Monday 4/20/26 missed a phone call from Paradise Lei's asking what time I would be picking up. I tried calling back twice but no one answered and they do not have a voicemail set up. Thought it would be ok since I was leaving in a few hrs to pick up. Arrived at their shop and let the salesperson in the front know that I am picking up my order. He then goes in the back and speaks to someone, comes back and lets me know that they do not have my order. I was very confused and let him know that I received a phone call about my order and when I was planning on picking up. He then says that the florist did not have time to make it and that she was really busy. I felt completely blind sided and just trying to figure out how to resolve this situation. I then asked if she just didn't finish it or was still working on it because the verbiage was misleading as we were going back and forward with what happened. I ordered it to be picked up few days earlier than I really needed it because I was going to add to the haku therefore I can wait 2 more days at most if they can complete it and also for the inconvenience if I could get it discounted because this was something that was preordered by 7 days and was asked when I was coming to pick it up and suddenly they do not have it. They did not try to rectify it but in fact just said sorry but if you want you can go and buy it somewhere else. I was in complete shock. If you sold it to someone else please be truthful and try to rectify the situation instead of everything that transpired. The salesperson said sorry and I said it was okay because I can't say for sure it was his fault but what I do know is this place made me feel helpless and searching for resolution because now I am feeling rushed where I was trying to prevent this from happening by ordering ahead. I am not saying not to buy from here but I know that this experience was very disheartening, I am still upset because I am scrambling for a solution and this is something important to not only me but my daughter. Imagine if I actually needed that haku today and left with them saying the things they said. Several days later, no response back on the status of the haku (they said they would call after asking.) I have given ample time to correct the mistake or to give me a response on my questions and now this is my review on my experience. read more

I came here to get my mom a lei for her birthday and it nice and fresh. They also have cute hakus that are surprisingly reasonably priced! Have you ever dreamt of getting beautiful leis like the ones in Chinatown... but with tons of free parking? I stumbled upon this gem today and it is my new favorite place to get leis. The flowers are top quality, of intricate patterns, fresh, and elegant enough for all occasions. The lei I purchased today was for a friend speaking at a conference. The lei is nicer and less expensive than what I could get at Costco and was placed in a nice protective clamshell container after I selected it. Their leis would be great for weddings, graduations, conferences, birthdays, visiting family, and any other special occasion. They have Hakus, kukui nut leis, ti leaf, orchids, Maile style, cigar style, butterfly style, feather style, spiral style, roses, a style at every price point. There is a very large free parking lot outside customers may park in. Inside is clean with friendly staff who asked what my needs were and then showed me many beautiful options with instructions on how to care for it. They do take credit cards for payment. I highly recommend this place and can't think of anything that could be better about it. I will stop buying leis from Costco/longs/safeway/foodland and start getting them all from here from now on.
