The belt rack are also very nice which extend from the closet was so they remain hidden until necessary. The sales person Alayna was extremely helpful in the designing of our closet, measuring and suggesting ways to maximize the space while maintaining the beauty of the closet. We explored other providers of this product and found Closet by Design to be reasonable. Not the least expensive but just about in the middle of the price range. The best part of this project was the installation. Alex and Gerson are probably the very best technicians I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. The project includes removal of my existing built-in closet and installation of my new one which was anticipated to take 3 days. It was completed in a little overcast day and a half. They were amazingly fast and talented in their work performance. Having worked in construction and renovation of properties I can tell you their performance was exceptional. We had a few after completion changes which were also completed professionally and perfectly. I highly recommend this company if you are planning to renovate your closet.

Absolutely unacceptable experience with Closets By Design…read more We had a confirmed appointment to meet a sales rep at their showroom to finalize our project. When the time came, every attempt to reach her went straight to voicemail--three calls, no response. No heads-up, no follow-up, nothing. So we called the main office expecting at least a basic level of professionalism. Instead, we were met with one of the most dismissive and rude customer service interactions I've experienced. We explained that rescheduling was difficult for us and simply asked to work with another associate so we could move forward. That request was met with excuses, attitude, and ultimately we were told--very clearly--that our situation didn't matter and everything would happen strictly on their terms. The call was then abruptly ended. To make matters worse, we followed up via email and have received zero response for four days. If this is how Closets By Design treats potential customers before they even earn your business, I can only imagine how bad it gets once they have your money. Take your time, money, and project somewhere else. This company clearly does not value either

We had both of our master closets quite a mess to a point that we just couldn't even figure out where anything was. Dr. Organized aka Jacqueline went in with a fervor and literally made both of our closets look like the floor of Bloomingdales! Our housekeeper was just as astonished. I can't say enough about her professionalism and ability. I can honestly say I could not have done what she did. We are so pleased we'll be hiring her to do the garage next and keep a bi-monthly appointment with her to maintain our closets. She's amazing and a wonderful person. I recently worked with Marissa to organize my office, and it was an amazing experience from start…read moreto finish. Unlike other organizers, she took the time to learn how my business functions in order to provide a solution that I (a somewhat unorganized and chaotic person) could implement on a long-term basis. After going through years of paperwork (very patiently and positively, I might add), Marissa organized my files and supplies in such a way that I actually had way more space than I started with. Her advice was encouraging and honest, and I never felt overwhelmed the way that I have in other organizing projects. I look forward to using Neat Method again soon, next for my closet, and suggesting the service to friends and family.

I thrive within structure and lacking structure in my office left my space feeling far from a "retreat." When I found Marissa from the Neat Method, I knew almost immediately that I had found the magician to transform this special space. A true delight from our first phone call, I felt that Marissa really got my needs and goals for the space. I knew Marissa had to have some magical dust up her sleeves because she didn't get at all flustered when I very casually mentioned that I would only be in my apartment for the first hour of the day. Within this first hour, Marissa had identified my style of working and the function of each area in my office. I arrived home later that evening and was greeted with a virtual reveal of every aspect of the space. And then I walked into my office and saw what Marissa had done in only one day and was truly in awe (and am still noticing tiny details almost a month later!). My space is aesthetically gorgeous (magazine ready) and tailored to my specific projects. Marissa's attention to detail is astounding--and her interior design skills are a major bonus. My office has become the haven I so desperately craved and so much more, it feels fresh and so full of energy. I am truly grateful to Marissa and am already planning the next space to work with her on. She is the "best of the best" -- and I say that wholeheartedly.
