The virtual reality process allows you to see the actual closet in 3D allowing you to make changes if it does not feel or look just right. Salesperson Beth, took zero and didn't communicate. Cannot say enough bad things about my business experience with this company and their employees, and shockingly after all of that, they've offered absolutely zero compensation / adjustment to the cost of the project!

I have three racks and two of them fell again after work was done, just a matter of time before the other one falls. When I reached out to company they confirmed they did not put anchors in only added bracket but yet charged me $50 for supplies" which in reality cost $5. Did not even offer to make things right and do the work the correct way. Now I need to spend an additional amount of money to get the work done by someone else the correct way. There is NO EXCUSE for this if you are not capable of doing the work the correct way then don't take the job!
