Charles has met and exceeded all expectations in his role as home inspector of a house we are purchasing from out of state. His communications have been timely, detailed, and clear. He was always open to discussion about our general concerns or questions. What's more, his reports were presented in a detailed, interactive format that was easily navigated and provided the creation of a repairs list (including many pictures taken during the inspection) to share with other parties in the purchase. His fair and comprehensive assessment of the conditions on the property and the ease with which his reports could be reviewed resulted in a smooth and more secure purchase process with no opposition from the sellers (including the repair request) or concerns from either agent. He was extremely thorough, his detailed report included close up photographs of the areas of concern and addressed what should he taken care of right away and the things that had some "shelf life" to it.
