Within 10 minutes of being at my house he gave me his diagnosis, plan, and pricing for the fix plus the future door. Within an 1.5 hours he had fixed my door by replacing the spring, fixing the panels and reprogramming the motor by himself. I was really stressed about the situation but Kevin made it better by being professional and extremely fast. What do I know about garage doors - so I said sure. 3 months later the door stops opening because the issue was the springs. They quoted me another $500 to adjust (not even replace) the springs for two doors. They wouldn't cover it of course. Prices seem pretty high. More to the point, the techs aren't well trained to diagnose the issue and apparently that is the customer's problem.
