Saag paneer was terrible. This place was good before it changed hands. Won't be back.

My personal favorites are the veggie samosas but they had the usual culprits with chicken ticka masala and chicken curry as well as some less seen options like fish curry. Most of the chicken was white meat and a bit dry but the sauces were great Ambiance 4/5: brightly lit lunch space and fairly nice. White table cloth which looks nice but definitely made every spill obvious . Service 4.5/5: fairly quick and attentive although when the lunch rush came in was a bit slower but still not bad Value buffet/5: for me 4.5/5: I showed some restraint for once and didn't gorge myself. For an Indian buffet, good price given the abundant options and quality Overall 4.5/5: quite enjoyed this restaurant I wish it was closer to me so that I could go more frequently

Been here twice for the lunch buffet…read more On my last visit, a new setup has been created! One side offers non vegetarian items, and the other side was vegetarian items. They were out of the popular butter chicken when we initially arrived, but it was refilled soon after. The chicken breast meat in that dish was on the dry overcooked side, but the flavor was fine. My favorite meat item was this crispy Asian tasting chicken! Fresh naan is brought to the table, though the batch we received was burnt and thick... meh. Not yummy. My favorite part of the buffet experience is the desserts though! The carrot halwa, gulab jamon, and the rice kheer are all delicious! Make sure to save room for them! Parking sucks. Get here on the early side or late side if possible.

The crowd kept coming, and by the time we were done, the line appears to have grown to 1+ hour. Tip: Come early, especially on weekends! There was a sign saying that dining time is limited to 1 hour - completely understandable. Most of the clientele are South Asian - a good sign. The interior is clean and pleasant. The weekend buffet doesn't come cheap. We paid around $27 per person before tax or tips. But you get what you pay for - probably around 40 items, more than any other Indian buffet we have been to. This includes vegetarian items, meat dishes (chicken/lamb/fish), dessert, and drinks - including chai tea and rose milk. The quality is very good. We left absolutely stuffed.

I visited Naga's with a group of friends for their unlimited buffet and left with mixed feelings…read more The buffet is priced at $25 per person for both the vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, with drinks charged separately. The spread includes a good variety of South Indian dishes, mainly Tamil and Telugu cuisine, with plenty of vegetarian and non-vegetarian curries, rice, dosas, and other traditional favorites. The food was definitely on the spicier side. While there was a decent selection, I found the overall taste to be fairly average. Nothing was particularly memorable, and I didn't feel it justified the price. The restaurant itself was clean, the ambience was pleasant, and the staff was courteous. The biggest downside for me was being handed the bill while we were still eating. At an unlimited buffet where you're paying a fixed price, it made the experience feel rushed and took away from the relaxed dining atmosphere. Overall, it's an okay spot if you're specifically looking for an unlimited South Indian buffet, but for $25 per person, I expected a more memorable meal and a better dining experience.

Very knowledgeable about the different dishes. Was not a fan of the espresso martini; could've been a bit sweeter. Shammi's Old Fashioned was good. Appetizers: -Paani Puri (needed a few extra puri, got to try 5 fillings, faves were yogurt & tamarind, passionfruit & mango were ok, guava was least fave) - Octopus (DELICIOUS, included purple potato purée) - Nihari Birria Taco (pulled lamb) don't sleep in this!! I almost didn't try it, also delicious! - Tandoor Chicken Kulcha (amazing flavor) Recommend getting extra garlic naan. Entrees: - Dal Musaafer (savory) - Malwani Fish Curry (more zesty than expected, but still enjoyable) - Beef Vindaloo (meat just melts in your mouth) - Butter Chicken Experience (3 types, mainly like one, would try this dish only once) - Khasi Black Cod Dessert: Mishtidoi (cute presentation and SO GOOD) Celebrated an engagement. Super nice of the restaurant to give complimentary champagne! Enjoyed our experience at Musaafer!

For dinner, we got the butter chicken experience, dal musaafer and paneer rizala. All were good but I liked the paneer rizala the best. We had a mix of North Indian dishes and South Indian delicacies prepared by them over multiple meals. Each one of the dishes was prepared with exclusive care and taste that left everybody happy. Service and delivery was absolutely prompt at all times and got to us absolutely fresh. Subra was a pleasure to communicate and was extremely courteous. Review will not be complete though without mentioning the 'onsite Dosa' service provided by Gayatri Bhavan. The experience was something that took everyone in simply amazing experience with excellent food quality that included Dosa, Vada, Idlis, Besi-beli Bhat and sweets. We recommend Gayatri Bhavan to anyone looking for catering or in-dining service.

We arrived around 11:15 and…read morestayed until roughly 12:30 or so and we were the only party in the restaurant the entire time. Granted a group of 12 people showed up unannounced right around opening time, the service was still a bit on the slower side. We waited about 30-35 minutes to receive our samosas and another 15 minutes to receive our Thali plates. All twelve of us ordered the same thing--the Regular Thali. The Thali is a platter that comes with 3 different curries or stews, 3 types of breads, rice, dessert, and a samosa. While I am not very knowledgeable about Indian cuisine and have no basis of comparison, the three curries and breads were delicious. Of the three curries, the paneer masala was my favorite and I enjoyed all three breads. The vegetable curry and lentil stew were both equally delicious and offered a change of pace from the paneer masala. The samosa was a bit of a miss for me due to the shell being a bit on the thick side, but the spices and tamarind chutney were good, but not outstanding. The benefit of ordering the Thali is that it is an affordable way to sample a very good variety of foods with the option or order more of whatever included curry, bread, samosa, rice, dessert completely free as a part of the Thali set. Would I go back? Yes, I would go back to have the Thali again but I'm unsure if I would be adventurous enough to order a full portion of a single curry or dish simply out of unfamiliarity with Indian cuisine. However, I would avoid Gayatri Bhavan if my boss isn't taking an extended lunch break with us.
