The team at Paradise Awards helped me with all of my trophy needs. I brought in my fantasy football league's old trophy to transfer to be my brother's fantasy football league trophy, and they made it look like new! Obviously I couldn't leave my fantasy football league without a trophy, so I upgraded to a new trophy! It looks awesome, and they even added a logo that I created giving it a nice personal touch. The marble base looks classy and puts on a nice weight to the trophy. You can lowkey do bicep curls with this bad boy! Pricing is very competitive here, and the quality of work is outstanding. Recently I just came back to add a name plate to my trophy, and their team was quick and professional about getting it done for me. So far I've had an old trophy refinished, purchased a new trophy, and bought an award plaque for a work project. I went into get some engraving done for my fantasy football league. Another place wasn't willing to do the work since the engraving text was small. This company offered a practical solution and ended up being cheaper for me! They sent me an email with the mock-up and invoice within a few hours and the order was ready the next day! The poor rating is only for their lackluster pricing, not their customer service, as they were very friendly and helpful. Inquired to get a quote for a trophy nameplate. The nameplate measures 2.75" by .375", small enough to fit inside the palm of your hand. They tell me it will be $29 each (yes, I couldn't believe it either). I asked why it costs so much, and the man's reply was "because it's plastic" -- that did not make sense to me at all. For previous orders, I have paid in the range of $5-$12 for each nameplate of the same size. read more

We are considered locals since we came from LA. So, when I saw the livingsocial deal $25/child, $35/adult, I say why not. We decided to give it a shot. Looking back... I would never pay full price this event. I feel sorry for the tourists in town who pay anything near full price. The show was okay...but was appropriate for kids of all ages I thought. That was the main reason we went. Kids had fun, Adults not so much. The food was average. If you were to break it down, I would say that $30 probably went to the performers because the food is only worth about $5. We've also been to Medieval Times and Excalibur in Vegas. Why is food always so bad at these dinner show events? Because of the terrible food, we have not returned to the Excalibur show nor have we returned to Medieval Times. We will be adding Pirate Show to the Do Not Return list. Fix the food!!! read more

I've ordered several large trophies for a few Fantasy Football leagues that I have been the commissioner for. The quality has been great and the ability to customize graphics has been outstanding. Also very high marks for the shipping containers which are large, filled with foam peanuts, and also have careful bubble wrap.
